If i could do MINUS stars i would!! Absolute RIP OFF!! Avoid like the plague unless you like throwing your hard earned money away! Ordered two suits for my sons prom thinking this was a UK company and i could send whichever didn't fit back. Took forever to arrive and when i looked further into it I realised they were coming from China. The suits finally arrived 2 days before prom (by which time i'd had to go and buy another suit from our local town). The suits from Cherish &co were cheap and wouldn't have been worn anyway. When i tried to return they said they had to go back to China despite the fact that they apparently have a UK warehouse!! Probably just a box room somewhere so they have a UK address! Please don't waste your money, This company is a complete scam! I now have tow suits that i can't even sell on or so anything with!! To the charity shop for fancy dress! Angry, annoyed never to return customer!

No email to confirm order, 4 week delay in delivery, no returns label or address, no way to contact them, very poor quality material, labels cut out of garments and all sizes were wrong

DO NOT ORDER from this web site. I got scammed into ordering 2 dresses the same size/ style . The dresses took over 2 weeks to arrive and when they came looked nothing like the website. Material was cheap and nasty. I Tried to return and was offered a percent off my next order and a percent back off the cost of the dresses. . I stated I wanted to return the items and have a full refund. The cost of returning 2 light dresses back to CHINA was £27….. . I didn’t bother to return as probably wouldn’t get a refund and wasting more money . Please do not buy from this website the clothing is cheap and nasty not to mention loosing out on money.

Scam chineese company posing as UK website. Took weeks to arrive. Worst quality children's size clothes most likely made in a sweatshop. No refund without sending back and paying extortionate shipping.. no mention of this on website. This is the worst kinda fast fashion. Lesson learned hope this review stops you from ordering anything.

The wait wasn't as long as expected and I have to tell you my dress is even more spectacular than I could of imagined. It is a quality item and I'm so pleased I took a hance in you. I was expecting the worst, once I had read the Trustpilot review, but I am so happy with this wedding guest outfit I have ordered another two dresses. Don't let me down guys, I'm on a roll with this one. Thank you.

They look nothing like they do in the catalogue, very poor cheap material and wasn’t cheap . Looks like something from Temu .

Don't be fooled this is a chinese company. The items arrived for my husband 2 shirts. They came and they would have fitted a small child. On querying with the company I was asked to send photos which I did. I was then offered 5% refund. I would avoid this company at all costs complete rip off

One star is too much! I am so disappointed with my purchase. I purchased two dresses arriving today. The site advertises AVA woman's elegant maxi wedding guest gown with side slit and Tracey woman's mid wedding guest dress with tie waste. What I actually received was nothing like the standard of the item advertised. This is misleading advertising at its best. The Ava maxi dress is midi at best, it does not have the advertised slit, asymmetrical neck line, or quality fabric as per the image. The Tracy midi dress does not have a tie waist nor does it have the same quality fabric or fall or elegance of the dress advertised. I would not recommend Cherish & Co to anyone.

Worst company ever

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered some shoes they were cheap rubbish on top of that they were faulty. They would not pay for me to return them and offered me half the cost back ! For awful shoes I wouldn’t wear I didn’t even get out of the bag as could see how awful the stitches and cheap rubbish material used I’m now going through my bank to get my money back as they r refusing even though the shoes are faulty

I ordered a pair of men’s shorts and a linen shirt size XL. The items I received were very poor quality and very small. If I want a refund I have to send them to China despite them using a UK website.

I would give less then 1 star if possible. This is actually a rip off the quality is less then poor and its sold as leather and is plastic . They are trying to make me return the parcel at my own cost to a warehouse in China! Don't waste your time or money .

Wouldn't order again from here looks like a nice website 2 tops turned up labels cut out of them and basically the quality was rubbish avoid oh and they are not uk based

I bought these trainers and I’m very disappointed with the quality. They do not look like the pictures shown on the website, and the material feels very cheap. I believe I paid much more than what this product is actually worth. This website is very misleading to buyers. I would not recommend purchasing from here.

Doesn't even deserve one star...
Terrible customer service. Trousers were supposed to be XL and have come in a medium (even though they are labelled XL). I attempted to cancel the order 10 minutes after I placed it and they notified me I couldn't do this as it had already been processed BUT according to the policy you can cancel the order up to 1 hour after placing it.
Took 2 weeks to arrive and like I say not the right size. Have contacted the company to return but have been told to read the following "Please note: returns are shipped to our warehouse in China. As this is an international return, shipping costs can be significantly higher than a local return. These costs are fully at the customer's expense". They also state that the costs will be deducted from the refund, why will costs be deducted when you pay shipping costs here in this country?! They also state the clothes must be returned unopened and in original packaging...well without opening the packaging to take the clothes out how else are you supposed to try the clothing on to see if they fit or not... ridiculous Scam company. Avoid and please do not buy. The clothes are nothing like the pictures. The warehouse is in China NOT Netherlands. They make a refund impossible. AVOID AVOID and save your money.
