I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife they have arrived.i cant believe what they sold me they are nothing like the picture or the description.i have asked for a full refund they want me to send them back to them they offered for me to keep them.and have a 10% refund. on another email they said they have send me £15 voucher I dont want to buy anything from them again.i just want my money back and paid into the original payment.
They said to send them back.which they told me it would cost alot to send back.the address they gave me was Asia.they have broken the law by false advertising I just want my money back.

This is my third review after Cherish…
This is my third review after Cherish Co replied to my first two reviews only here on Trustpilot, and the disappointment continues. The company is very prompt with its diplomatic responses here on Trustpilot, creating the impression that it genuinely cares and is actively trying to resolve customers’ issues.
In reality, that is not the case. I separately sent them a direct message last week explaining the issue in detail, along with photos, and I have not heard back from them at all.

Over priced cheap imitation schight
Ordered a hoodie, looked thick and good quality on the site.
What I received was a thin material cheap imitation.
The hoodie had cut out design details but on what I received these looked like they were cut with scissors and left unfinished.
I contacted them for a refund it they told me I had to pay to send it back at my expense (almost half the price of what I ordered) before they would refund. That’s not how that works so I’m going thru my bank to charge back. They offered store credit but I cannot trust what I receive will be anything like what’s pictured. Will never use this company again, and I recommend you don’t either.

Ordered two dresses in different sizes, delivery longer than expected. On wanting to return they stated they need to go back to the warehouse in China which costs more than half of what the dress cost. Ridiculous as states UK company. Total rip off wouldnt even leave 1 star, DO NOT ORDER

What a waste of money and massive misrepresentation of products. I have just taken delivery of a "linen shirt" that is fit for a dish cloth.
Do not order from thus website. It is not uk based and is stealing your money by sending absolute garbage in place of the promised purchase.

BE AWARE - COMPANY IS BASED IN ASIA... The co.uk website is to pretend that they are based in the UK.
Poor service --- poor quality - AVOID AVOID AVOID. And to top it all - you have to pay the return costs even when the product wasn't received on time.
EDIT: Your return terms are not transparent. On your site it states "EASY 14 DAY Returns. We offer a 14 day return or exchange". - It is not clear that I would have to pay the cost of the return.
Your website states your a a Netherlands company - but you have a .uk web page/ and your shipping in sent from Asia. When I ordered - it stated shipping in 1-2 day so I expected the order to arrive in time. I ordered through Shopify it wasn't made clear that it the parcel was going to take 7-9 working days to arrive - otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order. Your website is not transparent. Dress arrived looked nothing like the website also poor quality. Company state .co.uk however use at your peril. As returns are back to China with handling and postage & packaging the customers responsibility. Never use again

Shein quality… a pile of poo
My husband ordered 3 tracksuits they turned up looking nothing like the photo and are absolute rubbish quality , they cost him £109 for the 3 and are of shein quality.. company will only refund if we return package back to Asia this will cost more than the tracksuits cost .. he has not used this credit card for a long time until this purchase and coinsidently his card was used today fraudulently online at Nike …Gave one star as no option for zero stars

My order took ages to arrive so had to buy another dress for the occaison. I tried to return the dress but would have had to send and pay to China. This is not a UK company. Eventualky settled for a very small refund but woyld never use this company again.

I ordered a cream jumper, lightweight for summer. Turned out to be absolutely poor quality the kind that you would wear under your clothes. The second item was not as bad, but cost 35 pounds but is probably worth 5 pounds
