Absolutely do not buy from this company complete marketing con! Sold as 'linen' shirts and trousers but most of sizing and laundry labels are cut out, except for the on offer linen trousers which are 100% polyester on the washing instructions! Appalling quality took around 4 weeks to arrive sizing is a joke and material is polyester! Probably worth a few quid at best from a market stall.

The company has replied below pretending to be honest and helpful, however they are nothing more than a drop shipping scam offering me a 10% refund or 70% store credit or I have to pay for international shipping back to their warehouse in China at my own expense.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Very poor quality goods and nothing like advertised. My item arrived faulty and cannot be used !! When asking for a refund I was first offered 10% then 20% and finally 50%. When I refused their offer I was advised I could return the item BUT at my own cost. They demanded I send back fully tracked to an address in China which will cost almost as much as I paid for the item
Complete scam of a company, please avoid!!!

Ordered Ruby canvas type shoes, they took over 2 weeks to arrive even though the website leads you to believe 3-5 working days also no indication that they are coming from China. The quality is absolutely awful! They arrived in a plastic bag, weighed almost nothing and could virtually fit through my letterbox!!! Only positive is that they fit but I shan’t be wearing them. Inferior goods for which I paid around 5 times more money than they are worth! My advice AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

If i could send a minus i would. Awful quality, ordered two of the same products, one turned up completely the wrong size even though it said on the label its the same. Customer service are trying to sort the issues so cant fault them there but the quality is just so poor. Throwing them in bin didnt even try the one pair thats correct size.

Have been issued a full refund so customer service is all right

Terrible quality and sizing makes no sense a pair of large trousers wouldn’t fit a child. Don’t order from them it’s cheap quality tat with good photographs that feels like a scam.

Should have read these reviews, exactly the same experience as most people. When the trainers arrived they were horrific and nothing like the photo. Really poor quality materials, made terribly and unwearable. When I complained they offered me a 10% refund an could keep the items but I would never wear them or I could have a 100% store credit. Why would I order more of this rubbish??? They really are just ripping people off and making a fortune, it's like legalised robbery??? Read the reviews and boycott this company, hopefully if people stop using them they will go bankrupt. I know they are never going to give me a refund in a month of Sundays so don't make the same mistake I have.

Product was advertised as a linen shirt. What eventually arrived was similar to tent fabric.
I was then politely told that despite the blatant false advertisement that if I wished to return it I would have to ship it back to the other side of the world and pay for the pleasure. I was offered a 10% discount however.
Avoid like the plague and just pay a little more for a far superior product in your home country.

I’m gobsmacked that this company had the temerity to ask me review an item which was incorrect. You delivered the wrong colour and size but have refused to issue a refund (after copious refusals to do so despite my consumer rights) unless I pay for the return of the item, which is contrary to the terms set out on your website. Now I have to wait until I can initiate a chargeback with my bank as you do not seem to have any business ethics or moral duties. I will be contacting Trading Standards to make them aware of your sharp practice. A wholly terrible experience, do yourself a favour and avoid disappointment and a shabby customer service.

The sizes are not correct so I wanted to send it back but it will cost 25£ to send it to China. Stay well away not good customer service wouldnt waste your money like I did .

Delivery took over 2 weeks. I ordered men’s boots which looked fabulous in the image and advertised as originally over £100. Marked down by half price so I was expecting a good quality boot. The boots finally arrived (it was not obvious they were coming from china!). They were not even in a box just a cheap plastic bag! The leather was not even the same colour as in the image on the website! It was the same colour all over - a sickly tan and I have never felt leather as thin! I personally do not believe they could ever have sold them for over £100!!! - take a naught of maybe!!! Awaiting a response from customer service as to a return! Just hope it’s a free returns label! A total con in my view! Will never use that site again! Awful quality in my experience!

Firstly, I would NOT recommend anybody purchase from this company.

They purport to be in the UK and only once you have placed the order do they confirm you may have to pay Asia import/shipping costs on top of the order price. When I got the confirmation with this notice, I emailed directly to cancel the order. They replied quickly to say that wasn't possible due to the automated ordering system. I ordered a floral maxi wedding guest dress and it is a really cheap, nasty plastic material with no stretch or movement in it and the images do not represent the actual garment on their website (£26.96). I emailed on the address they give on their return website and it CAME BACK address unknown. I emailed help at cherish and they informed me that a refund would be issued based on their policy - it will cost me at least £35 to send it back. I am very angry that this is an underhand way to do business from the outset and have said so in my correspondence to them. They have automated responses which do not address my concerns or needs and so I have instructed my credit card company. Please DO NOT buy anything from them. I will be much more diligent in future even if it looks like a UK company, I will double check via review websites. They should not be allowed to trade in this way. Temu and Schein are much better places to trade with in my view as they are up front about who they are, what you are getting, by when and a reasonable price for the quality of goods.

A return item but got ripped off with a refund saying it’s a part refund of 48.58 which you wanted to give me £9:58 lol plus to send the parcel back to china will cost me £10/15 lol your a joke

The company clearly use AI to communicate and I am currently trying to get a full refund negotiating with a robot! Avoid at all costs

Boots look nothing like the image advertised. The quality is completely off. They also sent me 3 sizes too big. Despite all these issues, they refused to pay for the postage and packaging for me to be able to receive a full refund, which goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I've had to issue chargeback through my bank. Their customer service team also very obviously use Chat GPT which is irritating to communicate with. Avoid this company, it's a scam.

I have placed an order on 14th of April, it is 20th of April now and I have not received working tracking link, it just said sent from China. Wouldn’t order again.

Took ages to arrive. Jacket came and was like plastic. The zip was broken and I have been told for a refund I need to pay for the shipping back to China.

I was a bit unsure about sizing but it ended up fitting better than expected so no complaints there
