Still waiting for my product. It has been two weeks. Tracking does not work, no contact from customer service.
This is NOT an English company. This is Chinese and made out to look like an English company! Beware!

Boots are nothing like the website…
Boots are nothing like the website photo! So small I can’t get my foot in and I am expected to pay for the return! Same old offers of 20% off blah blah blah. Buyers beware.
After my review the offer of a resolution is ridiculous, still have to pay to return this to China!

Goods never arrived, despite multiple messages saying they were on their way. Eventually I got a message saying it isn't in stock !!! Very very disappointed.

Cheap and shabby
This is the worst garment I have ever ordered online. The dress looks nothing like the picture advertised. The fabric is cheap, the fit is wrong and it is cut too low. This could not be worn as a formal dress. It is badly made and shabby. It is not exactly cheaply priced at £43 which was discounted. I would never buy from this company again and wish I had read the reviews before ordering as they do not do refunds or make it very difficult to return items

If I could give less than one star, do not order!!!
If I could give less than one star I would. It’s a fake company. Fake contact details. I ordered and then realised this company isn’t based in the uk or is sourcing products from abroad as delivery is going to take weeks. I tried to cancel within 24 hours of ordering and the response has been I will ask my team. All day yesterday I have submitted with my team will confirm cancellation. Then I received a shipping email linked to shop app and today they have taken the full amount from my account. When I asked repeatedly to cancel. So now I have to dispute this with my bank. It’s a total scam so you may aswel order off temu for a fraction of the cost. Customer service is one person who doesn’t help just repeats the same thing about contacting their team. The address and phone number on website are fake.
