Terrible company. Had updates to show this has been delivered and had not left the warehouse....when it di arrive 4 weeks later really poor quality.
They have not responded when I have asked for return address.

They then send me another one, different design, around the same price and i didnt think it could get worst but it did, it was nasty! Please save your money! £60 wasted!

They pretend to be UK based, abd ship out from China, they show you 1 thing and sell you another, when you complain the customer service is very polite, but will never actually give you a refund. They offer upto 30% or to get something else from the website.
I ordered a leather jacket which it clearly stated, I reciveed a plastic one. Shocking, blatant scam.
Contact your bank and tell them what happened. Get this funking bustard shut down.

I have asked for a refund several times for a jacket I bought but no response from the company. Delivery took ages and the jacket was different to the pictures on the website. Do not buy from this company.

False adverts
I bought a coat which is nothing like what was advertised, I paid £70 for it they offered me to either order something else for the same value or can have a refund of 30% and keep the coat, I didn't want to order anything else as it will be cheap quality so had to opt for the 30% refund.

AVOID. Only got this as a spare as partner had his nice coat stolen . After waiting 3 weeks came wring size as ther don’t tell you they are Chinese sixes I brought a 4 XL & it fitted like a XL on him . Sending back to much grief as they know and will

Honestly the worse online purchasing experience I've ever had! Ordered 2 necklaces, both were wrong! Emails back and forth for over a month and seller would only admit to one necklace being incorrect. I fought so hard trying to get my money back but seller was only interested in bartering...I'll give you 20% and keep one necklace, I'll give you 30% and keep one necklace, on and on and on! I finally managed to get all but £10 of my money back and was told to keep both necklaces, bare in mind this is after a month of bartering! The necklaces themselves, what can I say...cheap and very tinny looking and the stones are barely noticeable! My whole experience with this company leads me to believe there reviews are not genuine. My advice is, don't be fooled by the glossy face of their website and shop elsewhere! I have since seen the exact necklaces on a very cheap Chinese site, give you one guess!
