Australian Wholesale Oils (AWO) Avis 

My questions were answered promptly, and the products were as stated.

Essential oil bottles have inadequate lids that do not function well and don't form a proper seal. Limiting shelf life, scent and therapeutic value. One of the essential oils could not be opened at all. Carrier oils were in plastic bottles which was not clear on the time of placing the order. Communication from AWO was unsatisfactory. Would not recommend.

I only trust buying pure 100% organic oils from AWO. I have tried many in the distant past.

AWOs : •Website is easy to navigate, lots of useful information uses, combinations, etc. •Pricing is great for a superior quality product (doesn't mean put the prices up AWO🤣). •Payment processing is simple. •Delivery is fast and accurate.

I use AWO products in my diffuser's making my own laundry powder, cleaning products: Toilet bowl gel, disinfectant spray, multi purpose cleaner, mould cleaner and a mould stopper, plus my home made, including 100% cotton flannelette disinfectant wipes.
AWO = OUTSTANDING SERVICE, PRODUCTS & USEFUL INFORMATION. In my humble opinion, don't waste your time looking anywhere else.

Just received my very first order from AWO yesterday 08/06/26 and I am very disappointed with what I received. I spent $250.00 which was required in order to get free shipping.
I purchased (among other things) Coffee oil which was for my housemate. He opened it immediately but there was no Coffee aroma which didn't seem right. When he tried to shake out some oil, nothing came out so he shook it really vigorously and still no oil came out. Then we saw what looked like a 1cm long piece of 'stick' poking out the hole which was blocking it, he pulled it out and it was a dried up plug of something. He again shook the bottle and still no oil came out. There was no oil in the bottle and that's why there was no Coffee aroma. He then removed the plastic dropper and shook the bottle really hard and a solid revolting chunk of filth came out followed by bits of putrid slime....it looked horrific.....truly vomit inducing to look at. The odour was like something dredged from a filthy river bed, rot and decay.
I had bought the coffee oil as a gift for my housemate so he could enjoy the aroma of coffee whilst he worked from home late in the evenings. We are both totally astounded that this happened and I am very disappointed and will not buy anything else from AWO again because this was a horrible experience.
