Australian Wholesale Oils (AWO) Avis 

I love their essential oils! Got a nice collection already. Only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the beeswax being granular. Was hoping it was more natural. But otherwise, all the other carrier oils are excellent.

I adore everything about Australian wholesale oils- the packaging, the quality and the speedy service ! They shall definitely be my regular oil orders from now on

Very pleased with the massage oil and essential oil I purchased. Only thing that could be improved would be quicker shipping (took 2 weeks to even get ready to ship). I didn't mind waiting for my order as I had time but since it is for a birthday gift, I'm glad I didn't leave it till later. I would prefer the shipping time to be visible in the cart at purchase. Not everyone buys birthday gifts as early as I do.

The oils are perfect for what I needed!

I purchased some Olivem 1000 from this company and it didn't emulsify my creams. I've been using it for years without a problem so I called the company and the woman on the phone told me they are no longer stocking Olivem. I asked her why, and she danced around the question like a politician. I've had to get some expressed from another company to fill my Christmas orders. They are refusing to give me a refund, so it's over $80 own the drain. Pathetic customer service. Have found a new, much more honest supplier.
Edit. I have stored the product correctly, in a cool dark place. It's been a year since I bought it because I stocked up when I could. It seems they don't believe me when I tell them I stored it properly. And thanks for emailing me, saying you hope I've had a 'wonderful afternoon' A wonderful afternoon doesn't involve being ripped off and treated poorly by a company you have trusted with your business. Interesting also, that they'd send me a sarcastic email. They have so much to learn about real customer service
