My very first time using another supplier of essential oil in a very long time, I'm happy to report the Patchouli oil ordered & received matched the high quality that I'm used to & I'm more than happy to re-purchase this patchouli & any of the stock of other oil's on offer. Many Thanks for your reply concerning my remarks pertaining to the Patchouli oil, I wholeheartedly apologise, I honestly thought that I had purchased a organic version of this oil, I was looking at the organic list at the time and assumed it to be just that again full apologies, my mistake. As originally stated this *Dark* oil is of a very high quality and now I will wait to purchase the organic when in stock...

Everything perfect but pakaging was super excesive... Please commit with ecology; the amount of wrapping paper was enough to safetly pack ten bottles of product, not one...

Great customer focus and pure oils.
The oils are always of pure quality.
If I am behind on ordering and ask for priority on my order which I have done twice so far, each time it has come faster than usual. Very good for customer relations and top rating for that alone.

Rose Water - 2in1 - Toner and Setting Spray
I bought the Rose Water l to use as a toner and setting spray after my make up. It is doing a great job at both. My only negative comment would be that I would prefer a glass bottle to reduce plastic waste.
