B-Spoke Kitchens Avis 

First visited the showroom last year to start our planning process for our open plan kitchen/dining area and utility room. Neil provided great advice and steered us in the right direction. We made a few changes throughout the process but communication was great and we were responded to quickly via, phone, WhatsApp or email.

Installation was as promised. A few wee issues with different lights but nothing that wasnt rectified quickly.

The team returned to check up on any wee snagging bits and left us to enjoy our stunning new kitchen.

We would just like to thank the team at Bespoke, they have just completed a refit of doors, drawers and panels for us.
To put matters into context 2 years ago we had a Wren kitchen which consistently had a manufacturing fault on the doors, drawers and panels. This led to a full kitchen refurb by Wren, but the fault persisted. We then spent 12 months trying to resolve the matter with Wren. Then a further 12 months using a solicitor, paying a £1k to an expert witness and doing a chargeback through our credit card company.
Once resolved we sought additional quotes for replacement doors, panels, drawers and fitting costs onto the existing carcasses, from multiple companies. We chose Bespoke.
From the design through to fitting has been fantastic and a breath of fresh air.
Having had my fingers burned using a (faceless after care) national company, I not only fully recommend Bespoke but I will now always look locally first. Thank you

Fantastic service from Neil who put my vision into a plan and then made it a reality! From the planning stage right through to the delivery, the team were tremendous at keeping me updated. Chris was brilliant at notifying me on production and delivery dates. They were only a phone call away if I had any questions too! My kitchen was supply only and my builder and his team use B-Spoke for their projects. Quality and finish is second to none.
I can’t believe my kitchen is actually mine and it’s completed! It’s a joy to cook in and a totally relaxing area of my home. I’m never out my kitchen!

Very happy with the kitchen and the quality is exactly as was expected. We had some issues getting missing parts delivered but this didn’t dampen our experience. We arranged our own fitting, which is regrettable. B-Spoke, through John the install manager, offered to help fix some of the issues not caused by them, free of charge and went beyond what I expected. Can’t say enough about the install team that came out and worked with a smile, fixing defects without even being asked. Great guys and a credit to the company

Just had my new kitchen from B-‘Spoke. Great service from Neil and the rest of the team at B-‘Spoke. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic. From planning stage through to delivery all done professionally. My kitchen was supply only as had my own trades doing the work. There were a few timing issues at our end. When we contacted the company, all was good with storing the finished goods until we were ready for them. It looks brilliant. I so pleased I decided to go with them. Thank you Neil

Great service from Neil and the rest of the team at BSpoke. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic. When there was a slight problem with one of the units on the day it was being fitted they resolved the matter immediately. We are delighted we went with them.

The process started very positively. The design stage was excellent, and Neil in the office was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process and we felt confident with the choices we made.

When it came to installation, we decided to place our trust in the installers and left them with the house for a week while we went on holiday (avoiding the stress of no kitchen while caring for a two-year-old).

Coming back from holiday after entrusting complete strangers to install our kitchen, only to find mess and poor workmanship, was extremely disappointing and far from professional. The worktops, doors, and flooring were left with silicone and glue marks, and the LVT flooring was laid directly on top of uneven/blown tiles without any preparation. This resulted in a floor that is still not great, when in fact it should have been properly screeded first. From the outset, we had made it clear that we wanted to be informed if any issues arose during installation. Had we been told the floor would not be level, we would have authorised the additional work to put it right before laying the new flooring.

After raising our concerns with Chris, the installers returned twice to carry out repairs and tidy up. However, the quality of these visits was disappointing. When questioned about the way the work had been handled, the fitter became defensive and dismissive, insisting “it’s as good as it’s going to get.” Some of the remedial work was frankly careless — for example, a white trickle vent was stuck back on with grey silicone (which I had to remove after and install correctly with screws to allow us to paint).

This left us feeling unheard and frustrated, particularly given the trust we had placed in them and the investment we had made.

Finally, a decent pair of experienced joiners (Duncan & Allan) was sent out. To their credit, they immediately recognised the problems and worked to put things right. They managed to improve the situation significantly (removing plastic packers and even offcuts of skirting from underneath the LVT), but the flooring remains a disappointment and the overall experience has fallen well short of expectations.

I would strongly suggest that management take the time to properly snag completed work (mostly the work of the installer we were given) before handing it back to the customer, to ensure standards are met.

In the end, while the design support was excellent, the installation process, workmanship, and communication were very poor. Based on our experience, I personally would not recommend B-Spoke Kitchens for installation to friends, family, or clients.

Just had our kitchen fitted with B-Spoke. From planning with Charlie, Neil the salesman, the fantastic fitters Allan & Duncan it has been a very smooth installation of our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely love our kitchen they brought our vision to life. 1 million percent recommend. Thanks again guys ❤️

Absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish.

Neill showed us the factory and explained the process then sat with us and went through what we wanted for our kitchen look advising were required. He was very patient and responsive to my changes as we went through the plan.

Very happy with quote and had no hesitation in going ahead with this which from agreeing to completion was less than a month.

The fitters were very professional and went through whole process with us checking exactly what we were expecting in regards to all the preparation work, electrical and plastering before starting. They were both very efficient and got on with job in hand.

There was a small remedial of a panel that was required and this was ordered and replaced very quickly.

We are absolutely thrilled with our B-Spoke kitchen! From start to finish, Neil looked after us with genuine care and professionalism. At no point did we feel rushed—he gave us all the time we needed to make decisions and really understand what we wanted.

We would highly recommend this company. They recently completed our kitchen and we are in the process of getting a utility room completed. From sales to the fitting they have been very professional, friendly and efficient. Neil spent time with us discussing our preferences for our kitchen design to find the best possible options for the space we had. All units are custom made which makes it right for the space you have and unique to you. When we received a quote it was all itemised so we could clearly see what everything cost. We also had the option to get our own appliances and tradesmen if we wanted to. The kitchen has been fitted to a high standard and looks great. The difference with B-Spoke is that the kitchen units are such good quality compared to other kitchen companies. They are also the same colour as the doors we have selected and not the bog standard white carcass you get with every other company. Chris has taken time throughout the project to inform us of when tradesmen were coming and for what purpose. Someone was always at the other end of the phone if we had any questions or queries and Anna has supported us to get our utility room the way we want it. This ensured they were getting it right for us. They made a stressful process more manageable and streamline. We would recommend this company to others and would use them again in the future. I could not recommend this company anymore than what I have. They are absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I never thought they would be able to work wonders with my kitchen and my god it’s stunning!

The good news is we are very happy with the quality of the kitchen, the team who completed the install and the team who made the kitchen are worthy of a 5 star review.
The job was not without some difficulties which Bespoke acknowledged and apologised for and we understand issues can happen.
My review takes into account pricing that Bespoke quoted, I wanted to highlight these for other people to be aware of In my opinion excessive quotes.
ie. Bespoke Quoted £500 to tap a gas pipe ,we got it done by a local tradesperson for £10!
Bespoke quoted £500 for skip hire we got one for £260.
We made an error, not asking the price before hand and allowed Bespoke to get some plumbing work completed, if we had known the price in advance we would have said No ! IMO it was excessive. Just trying to give a balanced view to assist people considering Bespoke in the future, be mindful and aware of all the charges quoted.

Recently had our kitchen installed by Bespoke . As the kitchen is quite large work lasted the predicted 3 weeks. Yes, this was a chaotic 3 weeks but the workers were fantastic.
