Great team great communication
Great communication from start to finish.. from Chris, Dana and the team. No pushy sales at all.. surveyor came out did his measuring, no hassle.. went to factory and show room.. saw units getting made, met Neil with our drawings, love loved loved the ideas the layout and of course the price!!! Got exactly what I wanted for the money I had!!
Rab the joiner and Josh the electrician great guys.. professional great communication and jenga champions getting everything into my flat!! lol
The work took a week with we bit of snagging but usable.
It’s beautiful and they really listened and produced exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you so much.

Anne Marie, the kitchen designer and all her service and input was first class. The kitchen is high quality and as expected.
The main fitter Laslow was punctual, efficient and communicated well.
Other services did not communicate very well. The plastering wasn't great. Whilst the plasterer did return the following week I remained disappointed in how the cornicing looked at end of job.
Had the plaster finish and communication been better, it could have been a 5 star review.

I can't thank Neil and the whole team at B Spoke Kitchens enough for the flawless kitchen and service they provided us.
From start to finish everything was impeccable and nothing was an inconvenience for them. We had a bit of a renovation with our kitchen and we had to ask the guys to measure a few times. Each time they came out and solved any issues with ease. The expertise in the design of our kitchen with Neil was very helpful in bringing our vision to life.
The guys at B Spoke are experts and I can't thank them enough.

First Class from start to finish!
I contacted B-Spoke after obtaining quoted from other companies and ob the back of a friends recommendation.
They were easy to get hold of. The initial consultation and measuring was great. My ideas were listened to and we discussed various different arrangements layouts. I then had an in house meeting wirh Neil to go over his initial designs. After seeing the showroom and completely changing the colour and spec we had a tour of the factory and I could see how everything is prepared and manufactured.
I was made to feel completely at ease and it's clear the company wants to give the best product at the best price. I came away with high expectations. The quote was extremely competitive and not much more than a diy chain. I could see the quality and care of manufacture was much better wirh b spoke. Even the fact that the carcases are the same colour to match the doors makes a huge difference.
The kitchen came a few weeks later and my fitter commented on how good the quality of the kitchen was. To say he was very impressed is an understatement and was blown away by how it looked when completed.
Throughout the process the team have been fantastic and contactable via messenger, emails, WhatsApp and text so responses are fast and from the people that can respond correctly.
I had a couple of points to go back on but these were minimal and not of issue.
I honestly can't fault the company and have already recommended them to others.

A great kitchen
We were welcomed by Neil on our first visit to B Spoke, Westfield. After showing us around the factory, we sat down and he listened to what sort of kitchen we wanted. Neil was happy to see us a few times before we finally settled on a colour, worktops etc. We are delighted with the result and have a fabulous, modern kitchen that we love.

Brilliant from start to finish
What a team these guys are, brilliant from Neil in sales who came up with a great design and Dana who keeps you informed of everything to the installation team who carried out the work. Aiden, Joshua and Rab worked hard and always turned up on time and did a fabulous job.The extended team Tam the plumber, the plasterer ( forgot his name) again brilliant and workmanship brilliant! I had a stone worktop ordered so another team were sent and again were so professional and the measuring and install went without any issues. I’d been looking into kitchens for a while and the thought of the hassle getting it done had put me off but I needn’t have worried. I was going to use a bigger company however after going back and looking at the other companies showroom the quality in the kitchen I chose from Be- Spoke was far superior. The units are solid and I am so happy with what I chose. This company are fantastic and we had a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend and would add it’s the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.

Do not recommend! Issues from start to finish
Issues from start to finish with this company. Firstly, we received a quote from the salesman (Gary), returned to speak with him a day later and was told he no longer worked there and they couldn’t honour the quote we were given by him. Very poor customer service! but to be fair Neil was very helpful.
The kitchen is lovely from a distance, when you look up close there are multiple issues with bunkers, splashbacks, hob, flooring, sink... the list goes on!! They have literally covered everything in silicone to hide the poor workman ship that we highlighted.
The worst part was, whilst our kitchen was being fitted we were on holiday, when we returned our cream living room carpet was absolutely ruined, it was caked in sawdust, muck, plaster, screws! The lack of respect for a customers house is shocking, leave the house the way you found it! The kitchen and back garden was like a bomb site, i spent hours cleaning our 'Brand New' kitchen of the saw dust and mess that was left behind.
The company have been out twice to fix some of the issues, we still have many issues with our kitchen and we just don’t trust them anymore or want them in our house. The workman ship and skills just aren’t there with our kitchen, which I'm surprised about considering the other amazing reviews.
Personally would not recommend, the stressful situation has taken the shine away from our new kitchen, they have refunded us £300 which doesn’t cover the cost to fix these issues or repair the damage to our carpet!

Beautiful Kitchen
After B Spoke Kitchens were recommended to us we had an appointment with Neil who helped us design and create the new Kitchen we so badly needed with no hard sell. Recently got my kitchen from bespoke
Recently got my kitchen from bespoke, supply only. Neil showed us round the workshop with our fitter in tow and on the first visit we knew this was the company for us, we had had other quotes but the quality of bespoke kitchens was unmatched. Fitters were impressed with the kitchen and even commented that it’s one of the best they have ever fitted. Dream kitchen 😢
I went with this company as it was a local reputable company with great reviews. My kitchen is beautiful but it’s taken 6 long weeks to get to it. A job that should have taken a week, turned into a nightmare. The workmanship was a disaster. The full kitchen had to be ripped out and started again. Doors, worktops, hob, kick boards, up stands, floor, window frame, all had to be renewed which meant emptying my kitchen for a second time. Thankfully Rab and Aiden came to the rescue and fixed everything. They have done an amazing job. If only they had done the job in the first place. The whole experience has been so disappointing and stressful. It has taken the shine off my excitement of getting my dream kitchen.

Dream kitchen
I thought buying a kitchen would be stressful and expensive. How wrong I was! From the first telephone contact with Neil to the fit out, the whole experience was a pleasure. Being shown the kitchen being built to choosing the wine fridge was fun and affordable. Neil got my vision and budget immediately. No hard sales and very accommodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Plus, my kitchen is perfect. Thank you.
