We ordered a valvetrain PN B348+AFRX24-MFT online on 08-28-25, Order #126677. We were told they were in stock and after several weeks of it not showing up, we tried calling and emailing on several occasions without response. We are still waiting as of 10-10-2025. Our card was charged at the time of order and payment was processed. Have filed a complaint with our credit card company for a refund. LO

I ordered 450.00 worth of products in October of 2024 that I never received and they will not return emails, texts or phone calls or issue a refund and it is now February of 2025. This place is a scam and should not be in business. I will never buy parts there again.

Ordered something October 29th, 2024.

Didn't hear back on the order confirmation until Nov 25, after prodding them numerous times already.

Have not received products yet.

Since Nov 25, have not heard NOT A WORD... I have literally called 50 times since then, likely left half a dozen voice messages (would have left more, but voice mail almost always full already!), and emailed 20 times, to all three different email addresses I can find for the company... and I have heard NOTHING back.

Absolute joke of a business.

Update: January 31, 2025 - Our finance folks managed to get in touch with someone at their end I guess, and a full refund was issued. Thank you.

But why did it take over 2 months to get sorted? The fact that they issued the refund must mean they never shipped anything... Even though the order was placed over 3 months ago.

Appreciate the response. And while you are correct in that the "issue" was resolved, in as far as we got the money back, after 3 months of battling for some kind of answer, then yes. But the real issue to me was the total lack of correspondence., which I quite frankly found unacceptable, so my 1 star review remains.

Ordered a Belimo 3-way characterized valve and actuator with overnight delivery on 1/7/25.It's now been 2 weeks..
Never received a shipping confirmation. After a few days I attempted contacting them through every means at my disposal.. Calling, emailing, texting, leaving messages..
I still haven't received any correspondence from anyone at this company.
We have a classroom with special needs children absolutely freezing! At this point we're disputing the charge and taking our business and needs elsewhere.

We ordered Ridgid 48930 500B Style Bolt Threader Dies on 11-26-2024, Order #124176. We were told they were in stock, so we requested overnight shipping and are still waiting on the order as of 1-6-2025, however the credit card payment was processed! Have attempted several follow-ups with this company via phone/email and no response to either. Will be working with our credit card company for a refund.

I purchased an Action Instruments Eurotherm AP1090-2000 Action Pak 1090-2000 Single for $994.48 USD with FedEx Express International Shipping (2-7 Day Delivery) for an additional $160.00 USD on October 8, with order number #123726. I have not yet received the product, and it has now been almost a month.

Despite multiple attempts to contact B2E Surplus through various channels, including their main email, the emergency contact, the resolution email, and even the CEO, I have received no response. I expected timely delivery and transparent communication, especially given the high cost of the item and expedited shipping fee.

The lack of responsiveness is extremely disappointing, and the situation remains unresolved. I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you expect reliable communication or timely delivery.

EDIT (a few months later):
I eventually received a refund for the order. The product was never delivered, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost and the fee for express shipping.

However, I appreciate that the issue was resolved, even if it took a long time and required persistent follow-up.
