STAY AWAY COMPANY IS A SCAM
I placed an order for 1x Belimo B217b Characterized Control valve (ccv) order #123249, for $83.52 on 8/2/24. I paid an extra $70.00 for overnight shipping for a total of 153.52. and I never received a tracking number for the overnight shipping, when Sunday arrived 1 day after part should have arrived. I send a text message for document purpose. I get a response from a 480 area code stating "we are out of the office but I still reply over the weekend. I took a look at this order, it will ship tomorrow via overnight. for delivery Tuesday". problem being order was placed Friday I should have received part Saturday with the overnight shipping. I will be working with Chase to dispute this charge. Project still on hold, working to locate new vendor. I las believe this company to be a Scam and would stand clear of this company

Thank you for contacting us. This order was placed at 1:55PM on Friday. It is shipping today, via FedEx Overnight. Most Overnight services do not deliver on Saturdays, unless special upgrades/arrangements are made. We did quickly respond to that message, even thought was the weekend and we are closed during the weekend. We were in contact with the customer first thing this morning, and have solved this problem. We have been in business since 2012, and I assure you we are a real business. We are new to this review site. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Avoid this seller.
I placed 2 orders with them, one on 14th Mar 2024 the other on 22nd Apr 2024, first order was partially shipped, second order never shipped. I tried to contact them trough the phone, text messages, email, chat, etc... but no one replies. I payed with paypal I hope they refund me the money.
