As my Silver Cross clic broke and had to be sent to be repaired, I was left stuck without one last minute! I rented the Bugaboo butterfly 2 as read it was great for toddlers. I was so happy with the service. It came the next day and was in such good condition. I am now considering renting from Baboodle longer term as I love the idea of changing the pram easily as your child grows. Excellent service and thank you! Return was also so easy they collected from my house. Thank you!

Baboodle is a great website with great service. I ordered a travel pram for my first holiday with my baby, and did not expect to receive a clean spotless item. It came on time, super clean and packed like it was brand new.

Delivery was really quick. Replies to email was quick. There was a small area on buggy that hadn't been cleaned so they offered some money off. Will definitely use again.

Really great service, very easy to access/return, and meant we could use a piece of otherwise expensive but short-term equipment at an affordable rate for the time we needed it.

I initially rented the Joolz Aer 2 Nest to Seat for one month but ended up extending the rental. We loved the travel pram so much that we decided to purchase our own, so we returned the rental earlier than expected. The customer service team was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend renting from them if you only need certain baby products for a short period.

What a fantastic service! We needed a travel pram that was suitable for a 3 month old that also was cabin friendly, so we rented a Silver Cross Nia with carrycot as we wouldn't need it for future journeys and also wanted to try out the system in case we wanted it for our future travel seat. A seamless process that is rooted in sustainability - everything came beautifully packaged and return was easy. We love it and can't wait to rent in the future!!

We rented the Stokke Trip Trap newborn set knowing that we would only need it for a few months and it worked out cheaper than buying it and then going through the hassle of having to sell it second hand afterwards. It was a very convenient and easy process and the Customer Service team was great at dealing with any questions or issues we had! Really happy we used Baboodle for this and would definitely consider using them in the future!

Suited our holiday needs

The experience was great and easy. I am a first time mum and have a tiny 4month baby. We were going on holiday and needed a travel pram thats parent facing. I hired the pram and also added an umbrella, fan and mosquito net. They were delivered and pickup with ease. When we had issues the customer service response was quick and thoughtful. I highly recommend.
