I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of the product when I ordered it, but after over a year of constant back pain, I was ready to try anything. The product is an interesting design, which is ideally suited for trigger point deep tissue massage. Coupled with a consistent regimen of massage, stretching and strengthening, I could see improvement in pain in about 2 weeks. Sticking with the program for nearly a year now has left me nearly pain free. This is a must try device for all of those sufferers of back pain due to prolonged time at a desk. As a physician, I was never properly educated on the damage that prolonged sitting can cause. But as a consumer/patient and success story, I am a believer now. This device markedly improved my pain that physical therapy alone could not alone.

I love that they follow up with individual videos for each type of muscle the QL Claw can target.
But I also simply love that this thing works!! I had a back tweak which was related to tight muscles but no amount of stretching or foam rolling was helping... And it kept getting worse and worse. Found the QL Claw and it was 80% better after just using it once. Now I use it once a day after I work out and no more pain in my back and a weird knee pain on the same side as my back tweak has gone away too!

This is a great little tool. For years I have used a lacrosse ball and other tension release tools, but this little nub gets in there where you need it a lot better than most. Small, and light enough to travel with which is a great bonus.

Of course just a couple weeks since I received my claw and I differently understand the flexibility and strengthening The lower back using the QL CLAW. It’s early to be honest but ase on my knowledge and what back muscle solutions have shared with me personally via phone chat this could be my last shot. Look fwd to leaving another review in a few weeks and hope it will be positive. Great customer service !! Very informational !!

Works better than I expected.

I never expected that a simple device (not pun intended) was going to fix “not alleviate” my Piriformis Syndrome” the easy instructions and the time spent was gold compared to thousands of dollars spent in injections, MRIs, physical therapy and three years of suffering lower back pain, sciatica, tingling, sharp pains…Gone! Stretching was important, yoga was important to alleviate the symptoms and to get my day by, not always worked, overdoing also was a problem, stress is also the biggest contributor and sitting for prolonged periods…Please rest, walk, stand up, reduce your caffeine intake, drink electrolytes, less sugar and love yourself more. God bless these guys and gals behind this product. Bonus: you will feel aligned and lighter. Amazing!

I bought a package with the QL claw, stretching, and strengthening plan videos. Unfortunately, the claw was too big (I have a smaller ribcage) so I had to return the claw. They would not refund the video purchases since I had already opened the links to view the program. The videos were very simple stretching techniques and have not proved to relieve my pain. Now I’m stuck with $40 in videos that have given me no benefit. I do not recommend the package for this reason.

They have lost our patronage and a considerable number of people we recommended his services to for good. I would advise against working with this team.

In one blog article, the CEO reports having the worst pain imaginable from lumbar radiculopathy as a college student, explaining the pain was severe enough to disrupt daily activities. He extols his fancy muscle picker as his saving grace, permitting him to get through school. Doesn't that sound incredulous? That level of pain would make it impossible for anyone to study. Usually people would have to take time off. The reasoning here does not make sense. These anecdotes are pure marketing tactics, modern literature would have already publicly affirmed this.

His program is filled with paid material already uploaded on Youtube - don't buy the subscriptions. A good PT can prescribe personalized home exercises appropriately. Say good riddance to a virtual therapist.

They get pissed if customers ask one too many questions yet they unabashedly send quite a few emails to subscribers. Mr. Founder ascribed his behavior to being too overworked. Here’s how it goes, if you are so exhausted that you can’t show your clients with even a modicum of respect, then you don't need to be in customer support. You set your own hours, being overworked is no one's fault but your own. If this is how you treat others, then it’s time to pack up and go home.

Do not shop here- these presentations raised red flags.

This is an amazing tool, its super helpful and works just as advertised. I am able to manage the long term issues I have from a car accident and move forward with the rest of my rehab. I have for years looked for something that holds its position and I can use to get into the tough knots and painful muscles that need release.
