Great information and product... very helpful

My QL claw wasdelivered in a timely fashion with complete instrctions and video demonstrations. I also purchase flexibility and strength training guides sent via email. All have been very informative and helpful for my back pain. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have to say that I’ve been using the claw for a while now and I kind of became a bit nonchalant about it.
The pain in my gluteus reduced radically and I was just using it as maintenance.
Then I went away for 3 weeks (without claw) and the pain in my gluteus in general gradually became intolerable due to lots of activity, to the point of having to take a pain killer which is always a last resort for me.
Since I’ve been back home, a couple of days now, I am using the claw a several times a day and feel immediate relief.
I fear I cannot go anywhere, at least for the time being, without it.

Nothing more than a hard stone mounted on a scaffold. Be careful when digging it into the tissue otherwise it could leave nasty bruises. Instructions could have been more detailed about the warnings.

I had just about given up on ever finding a DIY solution for my chronic back pain. Hands down the QL Claw has proven to be the best tool to release the various glute muscles that set in motion my piriformis syndrome. As an embedded software developer and extreme athlete I did not understand how significant the glutes truly are anymore than how effective the QL Claw would be in releasing them. I highly recommend the QL Claw and Ben's stretching program. I further recommend the following sequence to treat your chronic pain: massage, stretch, strengthen and cardio alongside the occasional cold plunge. All the best.

This day and age there are so many gimmicks out there and for someone that is dealing with real pain and discomfort it’s hard to know what is snake oil and what is legit. I’ve tried most of them out there with minimal to zero success, so to say I was hesitant with the Back Muscle Solutions is putting it lightly, but why not try another item to sit and collect dust on the shelf…But wait, it works! No seriously, this is an item where almost immediately I felt relief. The videos make it extremely easy to follow and ensure that it’s being positioned and used correctly. It’s dummy proof and they actually speak to you like a normal human in the videos.
I’m someone that has dealt with back issues for decades and tried everything, and I can say with absolute certainty that this device has made a noticeable improvement in my well-being and pain management. It’s worth a try!

Ive been suffering from back, hip and pelvis pain for nearly 3 years now due to the demand of my job riding racehorses. I can only remember a handful of nights where I have slept through without waking up in agony. I’ve had two really bad falls since I bought the QL CLAW and it has helped me tremendously to ease pain and also allow me to sleep through the night most nights (still working on being more diligent in use) Along with the purchase you’re also given videos on how to use it on other deep muscles as well which is fantastic and hits all the muscles I have issues with. Worth the money and delivery internationally. I couldn’t recommend the product enough.

The back pain tool the "Claw" is a great addition to one's back pain arsenal. I used to use a tennis ball to apply pressure to certain areas - but the Claw is so much more effective. It won't roll away and the firmness and targeting shape really hit the desired spot. Knee replacement surgery had changed my walking and the Claw is helping to deal with the resulting muscle pains. One surprise - the company turned out to me near my hometown and my Claw was personally delivered the day after ordering! there have been several supportive emails with video guidelines on how to effectively use the product. I highly recommend it. A little bit pricey - but the pain relief is worth that cost.
