I had an excellent experience completing the TQUK Level 3 Certificate in AI Programming with Python through The B2W Group.

The course was well structured, combining theory with practical projects that covered Python, GitHub, AI libraries and deep learning using PyTorch. I particularly enjoyed the hands-on approach, which allowed me to build real AI applications and gain practical experience with convolutional neural networks, transfer learning and computer vision.

A special thanks to my tutor, Ali, whose support throughout the course was outstanding. His feedback was always detailed, constructive and encouraging, and he took the time to explain concepts clearly whenever I needed help. The coursework reviews were thorough and helped me continually improve my understanding.

As a Senior Software Engineer, this course has given me valuable new AI skills that complement my existing experience and have strengthened my CV and professional portfolio. I would highly recommend The B2W Group to anyone looking to develop practical AI programming skills in a supportive learning environment.

The level 3 cybersecurity and networking course from Back2Work was a mess.

The tutor (Simon Bates) had zero experience in or understanding of the subject. He complained repeatedly that they shouldn't be teaching us ethical hacking (which is a core skill of cybersecurity) despite the ethical hacking in the course already being practically non-existent.

The course is 90% "theory", delivered almost entirely by random YouTube videos which were apparently just the first things that came up when they searched a topic, ranging from GCSE IT revision guides to vids from literal nobodies with no affiliation to any official or educational organisation. Most if not all of them were years old and outdated. Back2Work had none of their own course material whatsoever.

The "practical" side, done in Cisco Packet Tracer, consisted of following step-by-step instructions from a word document which tell you exactly what to do with zero context or explanation of what you are doing or why. Extremely easy to complete, but if you aren't already familiar with networking don't expect them to actually teach anything at all about what you're trying to achieve or how to achieve it!

In addition, an entire week was taken up solely by a project management unit, which has nothing to do with cybersecurity and felt somewhere between a paid sponsorship by Trello and a way to pad the course length to meet minimum government funding requirements.

The "networking" unit provided us with such pearls of wisdom as the fact that wire strippers are used to strip wires. Fascinating stuff.

Overall a disappointing waste of time. If you want to learn anything useful about cybersecurity, go literally anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have just completed a course and it was fantastically done by my coach Kevin Farmer and marked by Kavita Jabbal. Kevin made the course fun, easily completed and interactive. He was very approachable with questions we had. Even though he made it fun and interactive he was still professional all the way through. As we completed units Kavita would mark it for us and give us feedback. Then at the end of the course Kevin also gave feedback. I now feel more confident gaining employment and using all the knowledge i have learned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Was put on a course to get a cscs card, was put in contact with greg and sam, was sent an assessment to do late april, passed it then rang to confirm it, was told i passed and that the next course was a month from now and they will be in touch before the exam, I waited patiently preparing for the exam, time got closer and no one got in touch, i emailed and text but har no response, the exam day came and no response, my coach team leader then emailed to which they responded instantly, told her they would sort me out and be in contact, still had no response to my reply, couple days later got an email saying that there was no more courses till after summer, no reason as to why i was ignored or as to why they wasnt in contact about the arranged exam date, no apology no nothing, needless to say it was very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Applied May 13th for a level 2 web design course. Received an email that someone would be in touch in 24-48hrs. May 18th no contact so I emailed again. May 29th still no contact emailed again and called but they hung up on me. June 4th still no contact I called and was ‘transferred’ to the team who could help me and I was left on hold. Needless to say I’m done trying to use back to work. Maybe in the past it was a real system to help gain new skills but now I doubt it’s a legitimate option. Avoid!

Back to work has the most experienced, qualified tutors. I felt well supported throughout the course and I got to learn exactly what I expected out of the course. It was amazing 😍

I enjoyed learning L3 cybersecurity and networking, and advancing my skills in the comfort of my room, and gaining the necessary qualifications to get to a better position at work

My experience with B2W was both educational and fun. Thanks to B2W, I was always learning new skills everyday, which will help me progress further in my career in IT.

The course was intense and fast paced but the tutor was excellent and very knowledgeable about the subject. The course covers network threats and vulnerabilities and how to manage access controls. I enjoyed using Packet Tracer in the practical assessments as well as scanning a website for security vulnerabilities. Be warned there is a lot of written essays involved and the course may well eat into your evenings and weekends, so you need to have the time to free to get everything done.

I had a positive experience completing the Level 3 Networking and Cybersecurity course with Back to Work Group. The course was well structured and covered a range of topics, including Access Control, Network Management, network threats and Vulnerabilities, and Ethical Hacking and Project Management. I enjoyed the practical assignments, as they allowed me to apply what I had learnt in realistic scenarios.

My tutor, Mohammad Ali Afgan, was supportive throughout the course and provided clear guidance and constructive feedback when needed. The learning materials were easy to follow, and the course helped me build both technical knowledge and transferable skills, such as planning, organisation, and problem-solving.

Completing this qualification has increased my confidence and given me valuable skills that I can use in future employment and further study. Overall, I found the course rewarding and would recommend it to anyone interested in developing their knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.

I did the networking and cybersecurity course, the course is very informative and the teacher was great at delivering the course, B2W as a whole were very easy to navigate and the onboarding process was very easy. However, I went into the course with an expectation of it being more hand on practical based were we get to use more industry tools however its more coursework.
