The programme has supported me really well in achieving my intended outcome because it gave me a strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and ethical hacking. It helped me build my confidence with practical tasks and made the topics feel much more manageable. I especially found the guidance from Mo Ali really helpful because he explained
things clearly and made the learning experience more enjoyable. The course has also helped me improve my organisation, time management, and ability to
work through assignments step by step. Overall, it has given me the knowledge and support I needed to move forward in this area. I feel the experience has definitely met my expectations and in some ways
even gone beyond them. I came into the course wanting to improve my understanding of cybersecurity and gain useful skills, and that has happened throughout the programme. The work has been challenging at times, but it has been interesting and rewarding too. Mo Ali has been a big part of that positive experience because he has been supportive, patient, and encouraging whenever I needed help. His teaching style made the lessons easier to follow, and that made a big difference to my confidence and progress.

I have done 2 courses with B2W group and they have both been a success. The tutors are knowledgeable and supportive. The courses are structured so there is plenty of time to do any research or get additional support if needed and to complete the work on time.

I recently completed the Level 3 Certificate in Networking and Cybersecurity with Back 2 Work Complete Training and had a very positive experience overall. The tutor was supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. I particularly enjoyed the practical activities, especially using Cisco Packet Tracer and learning about networking, access control, and cybersecurity concepts.

The course helped me improve both my technical knowledge and confidence in pursuing further opportunities in IT, cybersecurity, and data-related fields. The learning materials were clear and easy to follow, and the support provided throughout the course was excellent.

I would definitely recommend the programme to anyone looking to build foundational skills in networking and cybersecurity.

I am in the process of transitioning into tech. B2W is helping me in this transition with more in depth knowledge of python and practical work in coding , use of github and deep learnning.

I recently completed the Level 3 AI Programming with Python course. Overall, it’s a solid programme if you want to understand the "how" and "why" behind Artificial Intelligence.

I have completed the level 3 certificate in AI programming with Python which has given me a great understanding of the subject and the confidence to take the next steps in my development. I was nervous to start this course as I don't have a background in programming, other than completing a couple of short courses, and wasn't sure if I would be up to the challenge, but the course did a great job of breaking everything down in a clear and concise way. Although it's a fast paced course, I managed to stay on top of the assessments and thrived on the challenges, which is thanks to the well structured teaching and the support of the tutor (Ali is great!).

The course was knowledgeable and fast paced, at times i found it very frustrating when, practical lessons didn't work, i feel this is a new course and can be tweaked and modified to flow better, taking the strain off the learners so they don't get bogged down in the technology, when it does not work correctly.

course with Back2Work (now called LEEP). The course has been brilliant and informative. It was a full month and 9-5 studies with both theory and practical with lot of assignments. Using different tools for Python and ML in real life including the use of anaconda, Jupyter notebook, Pytorch etc. A lot to absorb but tutor Mohammad Afganl was great and very supportive throughout the course. Our class was about 16 people enabling group work and discussions.

Had a fantastic time, at first it was daunting doing the Level 3 Python programming with AI course and it's certainly a foot in the doorway for giving you insight into the aesthetics of what goes into the course. The teacher Mohammad was very helpful and informative when teaching the lesson and if we were stuck.

This is a great way to learn and I was impressed with the professionalism of the people. I learned new skills and qualifications and I had help from other students as well getting through difficult lessons. It was a great experience and a lot of learning to do but great video and website links for more information for more detail in subjects. Good breaks especially when it is hard going that the tutor understood. Great support to get you through each level and with the tutor datamined to make sure you pass  an no one fail. Passing each assignment was really great and you get so much boost passing it.

I recently completed a course with Back to Work, It was such a great experience, the tutor was amazing and the work load was well paced. I would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting a great learner journey.

The course was well paced and informative. My tutor Micelle was patient and engaging. Her feedback was encouraging and constructive. I left the course having replenished old skills I hadn't used in a while and new skills from areas I had never worked in. I felt real sense of achievement on completing this course.

Something weird is happening with that company, they spam job offer on job website (indeed and such) and when you apply all you get is the direction to get on a gov funded course, even if you have all the necessary experience and qualifications. tried to reach out on facebook, their email and even answering the email they sent me, no answer keep getting ignored, sure look like attempt or scam to get governement funding, with no job offer behind.

He was a fantastic instructor but a great person also, I am forever grateful for his patience with me and my circumstances and definitely will be paying his kindness forwards to others.

I missed getting into a course due to poor customer service and enrolment process. Sharan Rai (Learning Recruitment Advisor) contacted me about joining a course. I replied on a Wednesday asking to be enrolled. Didn't hear anything until next Monday when I chased (for the 3rd time) only to be told by her that the course was full. No apologies. Considering these courses and institution exist to help people in unemployment who are trying to find work, this is very disappointing. I asked to speak to a manager, I never received a reply either.

The course was really interesting. It gave me the knowledge and skills needed for real work.
