My experience was highly impactful because The B2W group provide thorough, well-rounded and comprehensive courses for learners, which prepares them more than adequately for the next stages in employment.

Moving from Mechanical Engineering into IT, especially Cyber Security, felt confusing at first because I did not know where to start. However, joining B2W made everything clear and easy to understand. My tutor Mohammad Ali Afgan simplified the lessons, provided enough learning materials, and combined theory with practical classes, which helped prepare us for real industry work. I loved using different penetration testing and project management tools while on the Level 3 networking and cybersecurity course.

It was in November when I decided to participate in the Level 3 Cybersecurity course, and I quickly understood that I was not adequately prepared for the level of difficulty that would be involved. It is not a course that can be approached with a casual attitude; rather, it calls for a high level of independent study, as well as great discipline and adaptability. Because of the way the course was organised, there were few opportunities to work together with other students outside of the regular sessions. As a result, it was vital to take personal responsibility for comprehending the material and completing the assignments.

In spite of these obstacles, the course was incredibly beneficial and was presented in an effective manner. I would confidently suggest it to anyone who is interested in furthering their education or pursuing a job in cybersecurity because it offered a good foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of cybersecurity. The rigorous nature of the course ultimately led to the development of the individual as well as an increase in self-assurance towards the management of difficult technical topics.

Especially when taking into consideration the difficulties that were encountered right from the beginning of the course, Ali was an outstanding instructor. His explanations of difficult ideas were crystal clear, he provided pertinent examples to enhance comprehension, and he maintained a continuous supportive attitude throughout. He provided comments and marking that was comprehensive, informative, and constructive, which was of great assistance in identifying areas that needed development and reinforcing students' learning.

One of the areas that could use some work is the selection of the learning platform. Sessions were occasionally disrupted due to the unreliability of Microsoft Teams, which was not always reliable. Furthermore, despite the fact that the sessions were taped, the recordings were not made accessible for review. For the purpose of reinforcing learning and clarifying points that were covered during intense sessions, it would have been highly helpful to take advantage of the opportunity to revisit recorded lectures.

Overall, this was a very good and challenging course that met its learning objectives and provided a strong learning experience. Despite a few technical limitations, the quality of teaching and course content made it a worthwhile and rewarding experience.

I had a very positive experience with The B2W Group while completing the Level 3 Network and Cybersecurity course. The training was well structured, practical, and clearly focused on real-world skills rather than just theory.

A big thank you to my tutor, Owes Ibrahim, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the course. He explained everything clearly, breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand steps, and always took the time to answer questions.

From the start everything was great. Easy and quick sign up. Great course material with support the whole way through. Owes was absolutely brilliant. Very patient with us all l. Definitely knows his stuff. I learned skills I didn't know I would need and I would be happy to do more courses with B2W and Owes. Thanks all and Merry Christmas!

Waste of time!!! There is no employment guarantee only interview with potential employer who will turn your application down due to experience. You will be told all sorts from the course tutors and it's all lies and false promises. They do not care about you after you've completed their courses they are more interested in signing more people up onto their courses as they receive £3500 per person that signs up to their lousy courses which aren't recognised by employers. Anyone can go to the job centre and complete the courses without doing a 9am-5pm for 20 odd days. My course tutor was Sunda Huma who had abit of attitude and couldn't communicate in English. I was told that I'll be assigned another case worker who will help me into employment and unfortunately I had Janet Lee who didn't provide much assistance at all apart from sending job adverts which weren't even suitable for my experience. When you finish the course you are also told to leave positive feedback via Google or trust pilot which I think is completely wrong, they should request this once the student has gained employment. Do not fall for other reviews as they instruct students to leave positive reviews. It's been an absolute waste of my time and I warn others before you apply for any jobs advertised by the back2work group

Great learning experience with tutor Owes (Social Media for E-commerce). Very useful, focused on the implementation of the idea and not only on the theory. Really enjoyed the practical aspect of it and the guidance throughout the entire process from the idea to execution. Very encouraging tutor and very helpful feedback!

A well-paced introduction to Social Media marketing, Presentation skills, coding, networking, and data analytics. Great support from the tutor and generous time for completing assessments.

I recently completed the B2W Digital and IT Skills Diploma Level 2 and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the course content. The source material was excellent and well organised, up to date and very helpful for building real digital and IT confidence. This was the tutor's first cohort and while she was friendly and approachable, the sessions sometimes felt like they could have benefited from a bit more support and classroom experience. I would have happily contributed more as a resource, as collaboration can make lessons even more engaging. There were also a few challenges with classroom dynamics, as some learners frequently arrived late or weren’t fully focused, which made it harder for the tutor to keep the group on track. With more experience and stronger group participation, I believe the overall learning atmosphere could improve significantly. Overall, the course has great potential thanks to its strong materials and structure. With a little more classroom confidence and consistency, it could become an outstanding learning experience for future students.
