Very supportive tutor and the content balances theory and practical well.

This was a great experience that forced me to manage my time wisely because there was a lot writing involved. This course has a lot of interesting things about data to learn and goes into great detail. You get to do some projects on a platform called Kaggle. You don't code but you do copy and paste code into the Kaggle and you run the code and write down your findings. Overall I would recommend this course and I do suggest that you make sure not to delay doing the work or else you will be behind.

The learning experience was really good, giving feedback to assignments as soon as they could, often within hours of completion. Flexible with outside obligations, allowing you to go for appointments if you needed. Allowing time for independent learning through the use of breakout rooms in Teams. This ran from 27th October - 26th November. Mon-Friday 9am-5pm would recommend.

Ive always wanted to do something new and being in healthcare for the last 10+years gave me the push to do so. Back2Work Group's Social Media and Ecommerce Course seemed the right direction and the course was so informative and learning something new was like a new lease of life! The tutor Owes made it seem effortless with his directions and patience made it worth while attending everyday. I would give more stars if i could ! Thank you ever so much !

I thoroughly enjoyed completing the Level 3 Diploma in Networking and Cyber Security.

This was my first IT course, marking a transition from the wellness sector, a significant challenge that required some serious dedication, which I embraced wholeheartedly.

The programme was highly engaging and interactive, delivered online between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Despite the intensive nature of the course due to the 20 day completion period, the learning experience was both rewarding and insightful.

The course was very well structured and comprehensive, with exceptional delivery from our instructor, Ali, whose knowledge and support made a real difference to me throughout my journey into the realm of networking and cyber security.

My experience with the Back2Work Complete Training course has been very positive. The lessons were clear and practical, and I felt well supported throughout. I attended the Level 3 Certificate in Networking & Cybersecurity taring with Back2Work and I found it very rewarding. The knowledge and practical experience I gained is top notch and that's thanks to Mohammed Afgan who was my Tutor for the course duration. His style of delivery was second to none. He made complex things simple to grasp and carried everyone along even though we were all at different levels as it concerned the topic. I enjoyed the programme and would not mind being part of further programmes in the future.

This was a new subject for me but the content was at the right level to be comprehendible enough to a beginner but in depth enough for those with more IT skills. I really enjoyed the hands-on practical exercises to complement the learning and our tutor Ali was really friendly and supportive. I found the pace a bit of a challenge but learnt new skills and feel confident about applying for jobs.

I have recently completed and passed both the Level 2 in Cybersecurity, Digital skills and Web Design, and the Level 3 course in Networking and Cybersecurity. The mode of delivery, guidance from tutors, support before enrolment and after with the job progressions team is truly exceptional. Thank you B2W group.

This was a level 3 course and I admit it was a bit of a shock working at this level after having left education more than 30 years ago. However, the tutor and the material really helped, providing clear guidance on what was expected, where to research etc. That is one of the strengths of this course, the tutor clearly had knowledge of the subject and really went the extra mile to ensure the students had as many resources (links and videos) as they needed. There is also a hands on element to this course, using actual CISCO tools, which was great to see and you actually get access to tools and use them.
The fact that this was fully funded really helped and unlike some govt. funded courses this one actually contains useful content and knowledge, rather than being a tick box exercise by the company to grab government funding.

The courses are well planned out with plenty of support offered throughout the units and tasks given. Cybersecurity and networking was a fun experience and offers a varied depth of knowledge in different areas.

Spent weeks listening to the "expert" waffle on and spam my personal phone with calls everyday during the course, missed genuine job opportunities due to being stuck in a useless teams call from 9 - 5, only to be removed from the course after 2 weeks for "not listening"

Excellent teaching delivery and student experience

Great learning experience and covers all the basics needed to get introduced into the cyber security career. I was very impressed with my tutor Ali for his in-depth knowledge and none judgmental character.

Some repetitive sections and a requirement for lots of writing. Would have preferred a few more practical assessments and the opportunity to work more as groups instead of mostly alone in breakout rooms.

he Cyber Security course at Back2Work Complete Training gave me a solid foundation across key units. I especially enjoyed working on projects and learning how to manage them from start to finish. Cisco tools were new to me, but I found them engaging and learned a lot.
