I enrolled into level 1 Express Logistics and Carbon/Energy Awareness course. My experience during the period of learning was astounding. Starting from the introductory of learning ethics, the British values and then the course contents of express delivery skills with knowledge of health and safety as well as knowledge of legislation. Though online but I felt as if I was in the physical class. The learning materials were adequate for learning reference. My tutor approach was exceptional beyond my expectations as he was able to carry me along and ready to ensure good understanding of every topic. His communication and teaching style must have encouraged our steam to carry on as the assessments were very tasking. I cannot complete my experience during the course without appreciating the maturity and cordiality in class throughout the course. Finally, my enrolment team relationships was motivating and no word can express my acknowledgment of all than, THANK YOU.

I did a Level 3 Data Analyst course with B2W. The course contents and the delivering were top-notch. The tutors took us through the nitty-gritty of the course contents without making any assumption of prior knowledge, which was good for all of us. For anyone thinking of entering Data Analyst role, this course is a good springboard to achieving that aim.

I had a positive learning experience through B2W. Before the course, the onboarding process was smooth and well-organised, with clear communication about what to expect. During the training, the sessions were engaging, well-structured, and delivered by knowledgeable instructors who provided practical, hands-on exercises that helped reinforce key concepts. Everything about B2W training courses is solid, informative and consistent in the content while being lenient and understanding of people's working conditions. The only problem arises with the average technical difficulties and things out of anybody's power.

I found the cybersecurity course to be highly insightful and well-structured. Although it was challenging and fast-paced, it was well worth the effort and greatly enhanced my skills and understanding of the field.

I completed the level 3 cybersecurity course and found it well structured with a lot of content that related to real-world applications. Despite not having much prior experience with the subject I felt I was given everything I needed to complete the coursework to a high standard, and my tutor Shamim did a great job of presenting the course and helping everyone, as well as giving useful advice for looking for jobs and training after the course. I was very satisfied with what I got from the course and found it a great starting point for heading towards an IT career.

I have recently completed my course, I got chances to do practical works , the tutor helped me a lot . And, this course provided hand -on experience with Cisco networking devices and Trello for project tracking . I'm impressed . The tutors are so supportive and friendly .

I had a great experience with this training course. Coming in with foundational knowledge from certifications like the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, ISC2 CC, and CISMP—as well as experience as both a Business Analyst and Security Analyst—I found this program to be an excellent next step. It helped reinforce and build on what I already knew, especially in areas like threats and vulnerabilities, reporting, and project management.

At the same time, I can see how this course would be a fantastic starting point for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in cybersecurity. The structure, support, and real-world focus make it accessible whether you’re just starting out or already on your journey.

After a tough experience at a previous role, this course really helped me regain confidence and focus—and I’ve already secured a new interview! The tutor Shamim gave fantastic advice, has real world IT industry experience and used a structured approach. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing in the field.

I enrolled in courses with Back 2 Work Group with the understanding that upon completion, I would be assigned to an employer and contacted with job opportunities within a week. Unfortunately, that’s not how things turned out.

After nearly two weeks with no communication, I took the initiative to follow up myself, only to be told that I hadn’t been assigned to any employer yet. I was then told that someone would be in touch with me ASAP. Eventually, I received one job offer and was told the employer would contact me directly — but no one ever did.

I ended up finding a job on my own, which unfortunately didn’t work out. When I reached out again for the support that was promised at the start of the program, all I received was a generic link to their website — not the personalized help or job matching that had been advertised.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The support I expected simply wasn’t there when I needed it most.

I have completed the Level 3 Data Course to get my certificate with Back2Work Training and my experience was a pleasant one. The course itself was very intense and stressful at times, yet it was also engaging and I have learnt many new skills which I believe could lead to further education or even future employment. The course tutor Ali was super friendly and always offered support to anybody who needed it and always made me feel at ease.

One thing I really appreciated about the course was how practical and hands-on it was, especially using tools like Excel, Python, and Kaggle. The training helped me build a solid foundation in data analysis, which I’m planning to build on further as I move toward a career in cybersecurity. However, I feel the learning experience could be improved by offering more opportunities to gain real-world experience through short work placements or shadowing in actual job environments. This would really boost confidence and make the skills more applicable. Also, having access to recordings of the classes would have been a big help, especially when reviewing complex tasks or catching up if anything was missed. Overall, the support from B2W was great, but adding more practical exposure and recorded sessions would take the training to the next level.

I completed a Level 3 Data Certificate at B2Wgroup, and I would like to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Before commencing the course, I was provided with sufficient information and so I knew exactly what to expect. To summarise, the Level 3 Data Course is a compressed course into 19-25 days. In all honesty, the course was intense, and what made me experience something wonderful was the help and support I received from my tutor. The help and support throughout the whole course allowed me to complete my assignments to the best of my ability, and given that it was a compressed course, I was provided with the reassurance that I would complete my course within the time frame through independent learning. Overall, I highly recommend this course if you are interested to case the fundamentals of data within the theory and practical aspect, as it allowed me to understand the fundamentals and also allowed me to critically analyse my answers further.

My tutor was knowledgeable and helpful which made the learning process painless. I wish we had access to the video recordings, this would have been useful to consult while working on my assessments.
