Overall a good learning experience, had some minor hic-ups due to the course being brand new though all issues were resolved in good time.

Great learning experience. I completed the Level 3 Data Analysis course. My tutor was superb and made something new enjoyable. Overall I felt that there was a lot of work to complete within each unit and not accessing the recording of the lesson made it difficult. Besides that I enjoyed the course very much

Excellent course and tutor, David Carp was amazing! A lot of negative reviews about progression to job offer on trustpilot, but everyone on this course with me has already progressed to interview with Teleperformance . Definately worth doing

I really enjoyed this online course and found it very informative and engaging. The content was well-structured and easy to follow, covering all the key areas needed for working in a contact centre environment. I especially want to mention our tutor, David Carp, who was an excellent tutor throughout the course. He explained everything clearly, was always supportive, and made the learning experience enjoyable. His knowledge and friendly approach really made a difference. I feel much more confident and prepared thanks to this course and David’s guidance.

B2W was deffinatly worth the time and experience and I Thank the Tutors especially DC for all their help and brilliant teaching. but had a great time learning it given me some confidents which i please with.

I went on to this course with a little trepidation, having never participated in an online course before - I needn't have worried. The course tutor, Dave C, was excellent, putting everyone at ease and taking the time to reassure or help with any issues they were having. The course itself was informative, detailed, but presented in a way that was comprehensive, detailed and informative. Having had over 20 years outside of this industry, I was looking for a refresher and get myself back in the saddle. This was perfect and extremely useful. I am eternally grateful to Dave C for his tutelage and my colleagues on the course, who were ideal compatriots to make it through the course.

Back2Work have been the most supportive and helpful company I've ever come across. Sometimes, like with the Job Centre for example you get the impression that it's just a tick box exercise and they don't really care about unemployed people. David Carp who was our trainer on the course, nothing is too much trouble for him, he has been an exceptional and inspirational leader for a huge group (60+), he has kept us all together, got us all to speak and 95% of the group have got a job on the back of doing this course. The support after the course is ongoing for 3 months, so if it doesn't work out with the employer you went for, they are always on hand to lift you up and find another company who are looking for staff.

The training course was well-structured, covering essential topics. The tutor was knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, always willing to answer questions and provide real-world examples that made the content relatable and easier to understand. By the end of the course, I felt well-prepared to work in a contact centre environment, with a solid foundation in both technical skills and customer service principles. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start or enhance their career in the contact centre industry.

I have just completed my 3-in-1 intense Digital Contact Centre Level1/ Cybersecurity Level1/ Digital and IT Skills Level2 course. I appreciate all the support and hard work my tutor David put through to help me during the course. He has been awesome. I also appreciate the help I have gotten from my classmates. Overall my Experience was positive. What made this Course for me enjoyable was the Energy and Expertise of the tutor, the Tutor bought a lively and engaging approach to each Session, making the Content understandable and easy to follow. The Company managed Group Learning of a Large Group. It is clear the Company employs Quality Tutors who are both Skilled and Approachable. My only Concern is regarding the Guaranteed Interview that was promised upon Course Completion. Unfortunately, there has been no Communication or Follow-Up about this, which was a Key-Factor in my decision to enroll. I hope the Company can address this issue as I am disappointed.

I went into the course with not much confidence and I was a bit sceptical about doing the course via Teams, but honestly, it was a really good experience and the students were brilliant and helpful. The tutor David carp is an absolute gem. He was patient, considerate and always there to help us with whatever question we had; he deserves an award.
