I’m absolutely thrilled with our Sweetwater Heights Playhouse! Delivery was quick and efficient, arriving in four easy-to-handle packages, and the communication and service throughout were fantastic.

It took me around five hours to build on my own, and I genuinely enjoyed it. The printed instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The finished playhouse looks stunning in the garden – it’s the perfect size for our new build garden, and the quality of the materials is excellent. It feels solid, sturdy, and really well made.

My two little ones (aged 2 and 1) absolutely love it, especially the kitchen accessories that come included. I know they’ll get years of fun and imaginative play out of it.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier – a beautiful product, top-quality service. Highly recommend.

I recently finished construction of the Timberlake Playhouse and the experience was straight forward and fun. A project I would highly recommend to any parent or grandparent!

The instruction manual was incredibly clear, with well labeled parts that made the intimidating task of building a small structure feel totally manageable.
I tackled it over an afternoon probably taking about 4 hours. An extra helping hand especially with the roof placement was essential to get a good fit.
The construction was straight forward.
The predrilled holes and quality wooden hardware made all the difference in achieving a sturdy and safe final product. The wooden parts fitted perfectly.
Watching the playhouse take shape was rewarding.
The design is beautiful and the quality of materials gives me confidence that this playhouse will be a centrepiece in our garden and a source of joy to our grandchildren for many years to come.
Its more than a toy; its a tiny home for their imaginations, inspiring hours of creative play.
Constructing the playhouse was more than just a project; it was about building shared family memories!
As an addition for our cold wet winters I added some simple perspex windows to give the little ones a sheltered environment to continue their fun throughout the winter.

Great quality, easy guidance to install the parts, started alone to assemble most of the parts, 6 hours later friends helped me to erect the construction, all holes fit well so quite easy to build. Good quality and one of the best installation instructions with all the screws, screwdriver bits no need to get special fittings for Makita or other electric tools.

As this is a Christmas present for my grandchildren it hasn’t been assembled yet. Delivery was very quick and all parts are accounted for is as much as I can comment just yet.

Brilliant service. And quality products. There was one missing bracket but they sent the missing bracket asap as I reported it. These arrived in 4 days. I also broke 2 x section of wood and they sent replacements free of charge for these as well.

The product was everything I wanted, great quality, great service. Delivery on time . Could not ask for better.

We have nothing but praise for our purchase. Delivery was speedy, by 2 chaps, to the location of our choice (quite a long way down our garden).
Fantastically well packaged. Nothing missing, in fact more screws and bolts than needed (nice touch). The build instructions were very comprehensive.
Assembly well within the capabilities of the average diyer if the instructions are followed by the letter. It’s definitely a 2 “man” job as the weight can be quite considerable. The bar itself exceeds our expectations of quality. I couldn’t find anything like it from other manufacturers, online.
We waited to buy when the price dropped (it was a bit of a yo yo) and even got a further £50 off with a code.
Wishing our life away to next summer already to get a lot of use out of it!

Lovely structure. Well made, solid yet stylish. Does not dominate the garden. Perfect fit for large Weber gas grill.

From the beginning and through the process of getting the pergola shipped outside of UK help from customer services was excellent. There were several changes beyond our control. Customer services generally but one person in particular, was especially helpful and handled these changes, giving useful information throughout the whole process. Always contactable with good information as to the care of the pergola. Without this continued guidance it would have been almost impossible to get the product to its current destination.

As to the product itself, well packaged, but the best thing, the cedar aroma. We have not assembled the pergola yet as there is a lot of building work and bricks and a cement mixer in the way. But as soon as that work is completed, our builders will put the pergola up. I will contact Backyard Discovery again and supply photos for them.

Delivery was very good with fast delivery and good communication with the carrier. Package well in 5 very heavy cardboard boxes. The instructions are good and parts marked up very well.
You do need a very practical mind to assemble all the parts as there are a lot of them. Also you need 2/3 people to assemble the frame and to lift the roof segments onto the frame. Overall very pleased with the end result.

Superb quality and delivered very quickly the gazebo looks great and is very sturdy. I would prepare yourself for the step where the roof needs to be installed as the roof is very heavy

Overall the playset looked good and our 3 year old said it was amazing BUT the wood was of poor quality when putting together and kept splitting the moment my husband went near it with the drill/ screwdriver. Also, some of the screws would not take in the wood and therefore remained lose and were only held together by another piece being attached to it.

Very helpful looking forward to putting up our gazebo's weather has set us back. .

In need of a pergola in very short time for a family emergency, the company went above and beyond to arrange the order and delivery. Everyone I spoke to was professional and followed through at all stages to ensure speedy delivery of the pergola. It’s rare to have such a good customer experience these days but I would highly recommend this company. I’d give more stars if I could.

We are so please with our Barrington Gazebo. Great quality. Attention to detail and all fixtures match. Pre drill holes fitted. Not it's up it's as solid as they come. Fabulous customer service who did what they promised quickly and professionally. We have already recommended this company as we are so please. BTW hot tub looks fabulous under it 😋

Just had my gazebo installed. Arcadia. Beyond my expectations, solid, beautiful feature, it has transformed my
Garden.

Your foundation needs to be solid and we opted for longer bolts to screw dow as we live near to fields, very windy.

1.5 days to build by one tradesman and a helper. At one point it needed 3 people to assemble (me) but only by a few minutes. Instructions need to be followed precisely to ensue a high standard installation, but so grateful for that. Decided to order and liaise with Back Yard directly, rather than order via B&Q. I lost out by one day in the sale and they gave me a discount voucher code and could not do enough to help. So pleased I returned a cheaper gazebo and waited for this one. Worth every penny, so happy.
