I placed an order on April 7th and send numerous messages on WhatsApp, email and instagram to get an update on my order but they have been ignoring my messages and not providing any communication on their end, while they keep posting on their instagram. Had I known there would be so many bad reviews about this website I would have never placed an order. Need a refund as soon as possible as I don’t think my outfit will be delivered anytime soon that I can wear it to my friends wedding at the end of the month.

Ordered 3 outfits in shades of blue for a family wedding. One outfit didn’t come blue even though they confirmed it was ice blue, it was more of a sage green colour, so very disappointing and the skirt for this outfit was massive so needs to be tailored again on my side. Another outfit came with trousers that were way too short. The stitching wasn’t great, you can see threads falling off and they don’t seem like the real genuine designs. Not worth the price and don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. I have to find another outfit now in a blue colour. The customer service was really good though as they answered all my questions throughout the process very promptly, but still waiting to hear back regarding the colour issue. I also paid for priority delivery but there were no issues with this and it was delivered on schedule.

Delivery was promised 3-5weeks from order date. Delivery took over 8 weeks. It's arrived a day before my sister's wedding. Stitching is all wrong, i ordered a size small...... lehnga has been made for someone who is 4ft and top has been made for someone who is 6ft... poorly stitched, threading hanging out all over, delivered one day before the wedding and nothing fits. The whole process has been stressful, you have to send numerous messages in order to get a response. I asked for a refund when I realised I wasn't going to get my outfit on time and no full refund was given. I was given £30 partial refund but I paid £205 for the outfit - an outfit that has come a day before the wedding and doesn't fit....

Just save your money and save yourself the stress and don't order. I'm so upset, I have nothing to wear for my sister's wedding and I will be wearing old clothes

This is the second time I'm ordering from Bahirah and both times I have received so many complements about my outfits!

My order arrived on time and the quality of the outfits was brilliant! Will definitely be ordering again!

Unfortunately the outfit that I ordered from this site was of very poor quality when received, the stitching was very amateur, I paid for premium stitching, uncut threads all over the garment, edging very uneven and poor quality material used for lining dress and piping dubatta, also piping was also uneven, stiching was uneven all over, with front bodice stitched uneven, sequence falling off at the front of the dress, it just looks like a mess and not a newly purchased item. The material quality was poor, not as expected, my daughter had no outfit for Eid as a result. I have contacted them and awaiting response and will update once I receive that. I have taken photos but not able to upload here and I couldn’t find a review section on their website. Please feel free to contact me for photos of their quality.

DONT BUY FROM HERE.I swear it’s so bad and the outfit I bought came and the stitching was horrible.the fabrics were so bad and ugly and the diamonds and sequences were falling off it.i got it for my sisters Mehndi and I’ve been trying to return it or refund it but they aren’t answering to my emails and completely denying everything.i just want that ugly horrendous outfit out of my site.i can’t believe i paid so much money for horrible quality

I was a bit apprehensive of ordering from here since it was my first time but I’m so so happy I trusted them and ordered my outfits from here. I bought 3 outfits in total and a week later I had to change one to a different outfit. Customer service was wonderful all the way through, they were very quick to respond and gladly changed the outfit to another one. Sizing was on point and the outfits were accurate and as beautiful as the pictures. The icing on the cake was how quick they arrived! I was expecting them later but they came sooner and that was such a relief. I am definitely ordering from them again very very soon!!

I like my dress very much matches my needs exactly what I needed

I used to order from this company frequently for occasions, but they’ve let me down so much. I ordered an outfit and they promised they would send it to me in time and they sent it like a day before the event. All the measurements were wrong and they agreed to send me a replacement skirt to the lehenga and they didn’t and ignored all my messages and didn’t reach out or reply even after promised. They are liars and an awful company in terms of customer service. I will never be shopping from them again and my family won’t either as they’ve seen how let down I was by them. I wouldn’t recommend any of you to shop from them. Horrible customer service and bitter behaviour. Don’t know how influencers online are still promoting them because they are far from what they have been said.

I have placed an order with Bahirah on the 5th of September and choose express delivery 2/3 weeks. Unfortunately it hasn’t been shipped and they are unable to get in touch with.
I have tried to contact them via email and their website by filling in the form and no one has responded to me. It is now January 2025 and I still don’t have my order.

I placed an order in August, we are in January I have not received my order or refund as yet, this company does not communicate on the progress of anything and just blatantly ignores my emails. They have my money and just do not care, the least they can do is give me an update on the progress of my refund. I demand my money back and will continue to take this further. I have seen reviews of people who actually had to take legal action to receive money which is rightfully theirs, I find that ridiculous. They have time to post on social media but no time to communicate with customers who have PAID. An update on this situation it is now the 16 May 2025 and no one has communicated with me, they ignore emails and messages. It’s almost been a year and they are still sitting with my money. They run a business by stealing other people’s money. I demand my money back!

Worst experience ever. First of all i got my dress late inspite of paying extra for early shipping. The quality of the dress was so bad the threads were coming out and the embellishments on the dress were also falling off. The tailoring was also horrible, my shirt was a open shirt the length of one panel was longer than the other. Upon contacting them multiple times through wattsapp and email still no reply.
