The customer service is terrible, they don’t even reply to you until I threatened to take legal action.
I ordered on 30th July and event is on 20th August and they said I would have the clothes before that date. My clothes arrived on the day of the wedding and it was not even original Pakistani designer, was a copy suit, does not even match the picture, the fabric is less on the suit so they have stitched together and can see patches on the dress and sleeves. And their size guide is also wrong, we ordered medium and the size is not right so we had to open it up to the fullest on the wedding day while we were getting ready. Please avoid at all costs.

As for the sizing issue, we understand how important it is for clothing to fit perfectly. We did provide you with the size chart prior to your purchase, indicating that a medium size corresponds to 38". Based on your confirmation, the design was stitched to this size. No outfit received, no replies, no refund
I paid Bahirah via bank transfer for an outfit I ordered through Asian Adornments, which I’m guessing is one of their companies/trading names as the company I made the bank transfer to was Bahirah. Anyways I’ve been scammed by AA, no replies to emails and no outfit received, even though advised would receive by 4th August. Came on here in the hope as Muslim these people have a conscience and refund me my money. Unable to go through bank as was direct bank transfer. Don’t understand why these people do this how can you as Muslims behave like this. I have been unbelievably stressed because of these people.

It is YOUR bank account that I was told to make payment to, account named Bahirah LTD. I paid £255 on 16/07. Your website, emails, Instagram pages are all exactly the same as Asian Adornments. If you want me to remove this review I suggest you investigate where my outift is and refund me money.

I ordered 9 dresses from Bahirah back in May. There was some miscommunication between myself and a team member where I thought the long dresses came with trousers and not skirts. Because of this, the measurements we gave meant three of the skirts were too short.
Bahirah accepted there was a misunderstanding and kindly offered to replace the skirts saying it would take 7-10 days. I sent back the first skirts using the returns label they emailed me and tracking shows that they have been delivered.
The last update I got from Bahirah on the new skirts was in July when they said that the skirts had been sent to them by the tailor and they were just waiting delivery.
The skirts should have been with Bahirah by now and they should have been sent to me weeks ago. 3 out of the 9 dresses cannot be worn because they are now missing skirts. Bahirah has had payment in full and so there should be no reason for why these skirts have not been sent.
My cousin’s wedding is on Saturday and we all had bought these as matching dresses to wear on the girl’s side and I am getting zero responses.
It has now been over three weeks of me messaging on insta, whatsapp, email and even tiktok trying to get a response. This review is my last resort to try and get an update.
All I am asking for is for the skirts to be sent to me and I will happily delete this review. This is simply my last way of trying to get a response from the team.

However, we need to clarify a few points regarding your review that you have failed to let clients know. According to our records and your conversation with our colleague, it was confirmed that you selected the size yourself. We delivered the exact size you requested. It is important to note that selecting the wrong size does not justify leaving a negative review. Additionally, you could have atleast mentioned that your order was delivered promptly, which you failed to acknowledge. Which is all part of a service.
Your order was placed on July 25th and delivered by July 29th. Given the short delivery timeframe, it was crucial to check the size guide to ensure the correct fit and avoid any issues. Unfortunately, this step was overlooked on your part which you have confirmed. This is not a fault on our side.
You contacted us on July 30th, and we responded immediately, asking whether you had checked our size guide. You confirmed that you had not and assumed the size would fit. On August 1st, within our 48-hour response window, we provided you with an alternative solution to help, despite the fault not being ours. You responded on August 5th, indicating it would be too late.
We strive to provide excellent service and take responsibility when necessary. In this instance, it is important to acknowledge that the oversight regarding the size guide was on your side. We also encourage you to provide an honest account of your experience in any reviews, to ensure other clients are not misled by inaccurate information.
We would also like to add how it is extremely unfair for you to write a review based on points that suit you best that are inaccurate. As a customer, it is also your duty to act with fairness and honesty. We as a business have provided you with the service you had paid for, which includes, the product ordered (the size you requested), quick delivery as well as communication from start to finish. We can not take blame for your errors.

AVOID purchasing from this company!! They don’t respond to messages! They are not even selling originals as the quality of the suit i received is absolutely appalling! The stitching and material is horrendous. It is definitely a replica! Not worth the price at all!! I will never buy from this company ever again nor will I recommend to anyone! I have never been scammed as much as I have by this company!! It is dreadful.

Awesome designs. I do have a slight issue though! The sizes run a little smaller than usual Desi clothing. I’m usually a large in Desi clothing but I had to pick xxl and have some parts altered myself. Other than that the service was great 👍🏼

Falsely advertised
Received an item which looks nothing like the colour of the picture on their website. Have been trying to get in contact with them for a week via their WhatsApp number, on their instagram page and even sent emails but not a single response! I am honestly so upset as the outfit is for a wedding function and i cannot seem to get any help. I have spent a lot of money for an outfit which is a completely different colour!! I guess they only acknowledge customers who leave good reviews and ignore all the negatives of their business.
