Bakerboxx Avis 

I have been a bread subscription customer for over a year and I have been consistently impressed with the monthly bakes. There has been the rare occasions where I have had to reach out to support, but when necessary, I have received polite and timely assistance. Highly recommended.

Ordered for a budding baker in the family, had a few questions around the process which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not sampled the first recipe yet but looking forward to their recreation of the lovely picture on the recipe card!

Interesting gift idea which was really liked by the recipient. Easy to order and swift and efficient delivery

Box arrived with ingredients clearly marked. Recipe easy to follow. I liked that all packaging is recyclable.

Recipes have been nice but the box feels very overpriced for what it is, essentially just some flour and olive oil. I was expecting more varied and interesting recipes (so far have had cinnamon buns and burger buns).
A fun present but I wouldn't renew it.

I have ordered baker boxx numerous times, their Christmas box is wonderful as a gift! Definitely would recommend, something different for friends and family!

I signed up for a bread baking subscription last year but cancelled when I had to chase my monthly boxes. However when I received the boxes they were very good so this year I decided to order again but, wanting to avoid the subscription service, I ordered 3 one-off baking boxes for £48 on the 9th April. Delivery was stated as 3-5 working days. Once again I did not receive the boxes. I contacted Bakerboxx via live chat on the 17th April and by email on both the 22nd and 29th April regarding my order. Each time I received an automated reply stating that I would be contacted within 48hrs. Each time I did not receive any further response. Bakerboxx do not provide any other means of contact. Consequently in May I contacted my credit card company to seek assistance in obtaining a refund. Following this Bakerboxx sent me this link repeatedly requesting that I rate my experience with their company so here it is: In my experience, I am sad to say, Bakerboxx did not fulfill my order nor did they provide any customer service as it is impossible to make contact with anyone - which left me with no goods and £48 out of pocket and the hassle of trying to obtain a refund via my payment method. Their bread baking boxes are good but they need to improve delivery and respond to customers.

I received a subscription as a gift from a friend. What a great idea! Really easy to activate, fab recipes and amazing end product!

Bought a subscription for BakerBoxx through NotOnTheHighStreet as a Christmas present. My activation code didn't work. After many emails I managed to get hold of someone. I was told the issue was resolved in February and we would get the next month's box, i.e. in March. It's now May and we haven't had anything. I wrote recently but got no response. Complete shambles.

I received the Bread Baking subscription as a birthday gift from a friend. I was so impressed that I in turn purchased the subscription for another friend. The ease of ordering, receiving and actual recipes are ideal.

Bought for my mum as a last minute gift and she loved it. Great idea for baking lovers. Thanks

Send numerous emails - no response.

After a difficult start, the service we received couldn’t have been better and we have been very pleased to receive the boxes in a timely fashion.

Would now happily recommend!

This my updated review: My wife bought me a bread subscription for Christmas. My code didn't work and no matter how many times we emailed the company they never respond. Eventually after leaving a 1 star review on here and email reminding them again that this was unresolved did they finally get it together to sort our issue out. The customer care team need to get it together and respond to issues quicker.
