The ‘do it yourself’ of leasing!
Overall, a disappointing experience with Balgores. I ended up being very stressed by the whole process and had to actively chase up so much of the transaction myself. The vehicle I requested was not what was delivered - the spec was very different. When I questioned this with Balgores, I ended up with a typical ‘car salesman’ experience! Their solution - ‘do it yourself’ and if not, ‘contact the Financial Ombusdman if you’re not happy!’ There was no desire to demonstrate service recovery or interest in resolving my issues professionally. In the end, it has cost me to create the car that I anticipated arriving. Not the experience I signed up for.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, as this is never the outcome we aim to achieve.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points. When you first contacted us, you were looking for the same specification as your friend's vehicle. Unfortunately, that offer had expired and was no longer available. We therefore offered you an alternative vehicle at a lower monthly cost, making it clear that it was a different specification and did not include the same features. You then proceeded to order this vehicle.
Before delivery, you asked whether the supplying dealership could paint the wheels. We explained that this was not something they were able to do, at this point we offered you the opportunity to cancel your order, without charge. You chose to continue with the order and take delivery of the vehicle. We explained that you wouldn't be breaching the lease agreement if you wanted to the have the wheels painted and windows tinted after delivery.
Following delivery of the vehicle you made a formal complaint that the vehicle did not have all the options you were expecting it to have. When addressing such a complaint we have to inform you that if you are unhappy with our response you have the option of referring the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
While we appreciate your disappointment, we believe we were transparent throughout the process regarding the vehicle specification, the available options, and the choices available to you.

First time leasing a car and it couldn't have been more smooth dealing with Balgores. The service from Steve and Treena was exceptional, and in 2 years, I will definitely be using them again when my lease expires. Highly recommend.

I was recommended Balgores leasing from a friend. Contacted Charlie and told him what car I was looking for as they didn’t have it in stock but they found me one! I am Loving my new Cupra Tavascan vz1.
As this is my first lease car there was a lot of questions and they were always there when I called or emailed.
Happy with the service and I would recommend for sure.
