Bambinos & Beyond Avis 

We ordered our travel system at the end of June, with the website stating delivery would take 10–14 days. On 2 July, we received an email asking whether we were happy for it to be dispatched at the end of July. We agreed, and that was the only communication we received without having to chase.

By the end of July, there was still no dispatch email and no travel system. On 5 August, we contacted the company for an update and were told:

“We’re currently experiencing some delays with bulk deliveries from supplier, but are working to get this allocated ASAP.”

Then, on 19 August, we received an email saying they were extremely behind on orders and asking us to allow another 14 days. This would have taken us to just one week before our due date, still without the travel system we had ordered and paid for.

We contacted them to explain our concerns, only for them to cancel the order, saying:

“we don’t want to keep you waiting x”

How is this acceptable customer service? We had already waited over six weeks, repeatedly chased for updates, and were then left having to find another travel system at the last minute — while also waiting for our refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is that their website is still advertising delivery at the end of August, despite the company apparently knowing that they are significantly behind with orders.

For a family-run business, we expected much better communication, transparency and consideration for families who are relying on these products arriving when promised. Instead, we have experienced poor communication, unnecessary stress and a huge amount of inconvenience.

We absolutely would not recommend this company. If delivery times have changed, customers should be told honestly and proactively rather than being left to chase for updates and ultimately having their orders cancelled after 6+ weeks of waiting.

I placed an order for a travel system in May26, nowhere on the website did it state a waitlist / back order.

Long story short, i had my order cancelled Aug26 due to a mix up / miscommunication.

Be aware, we faced delay after delay and right on top of our due date, had our order cancelled.

Order with precaution and chase for updates every given moment.

Personally wont be ordering again when all they could offer was less than a 15% discount on other travel systems. Quite insulting.

Customer service wasn't too bad and its only fair i mention and praise them for this.

I have never left such a negative review for a company before but bambino’s and beyond really deserve it. I was given a 10 day delivery timeframe, no pram arrived, I contacted them to be told they need a few more days which I agreed to.. still no pram. After waiting for 3 weeks I asked for my money back. I was told this had been processed that day and I had to wait 3-5 days for this to come into my account, 5 days past, no money no email I again contact them and they then advised the payment never got processed, gave no explanation as to why when I asked and said it has just been processed now and so I have to wait another 5 days. They advise there is nothing further they can do. Really really poor customer service the whole way through I would not recommend them at all, especially if you are on a timeframe.

I would give a 0 star if that was an option.
Claire from customer service has made excuse after excuse with my order.
It’s took me to call the manufacturer myself and lo and behold, my order is being delivered tomorrow.
If you are expecting a delivery through the shop and there is no response, I’d suggest going straight to the manufacturer because clearly, the shop aren’t making the payments to the accounts they order from but luckily the manufacturer has proof of your order and can see you have paid in full!!
I would avoid this shop at all costs!!
Read every review on google and you will see for yourself just how bad they are for fufilling their time frames.
The emails started last week with me being told it would be delivered end of the week, then it was going to store today or tomorrow and then she needed to contact Katie from venicci support.
I got straight through to venicci and Sasha from venicci has had my order shipped straight away!!
Bambino’s & Beyond are a disgrace and if you don’t want stress at the end of pregnancy, I’d suggest avoiding big time.

Without going into too much detail and although my item has finally arrived a month and half later than the promised delivery date, my overall experience hasn't been the best. There was no communication regarding my order unless I initiated it. There was no update on a delivery date or even an email to say it will be late. When contact was made via email by myself as the shop could not provide any answers as this needed to come from customer services, the replies took days and sometimes me sending a second email requesting an update. I am really happy with the pram bundle, but my overall experience caused me unnecessary stress having my pram/car seat finally delivered with 1 week to spare until my newborn arrived. Again, I feel without my constant emails and phone calls then potentially, my order still wouldn't be here today. All I expected/wanted was communication reguarding delays and I have found it very poor that I have had to initiate every conversation regarding the issue.

Order 2 adapters for the buggy weeks ago. Was told these bad been sent. Chased them several times and atill nothing has arrived despite claire claiming she has chased the carrier. Called the carrier who said they have never recieved the goods. They are still waiting for the package. Called bambinos but no one ever answers the phone. Seems like a scam company. Emails also now being ignored.
