My experience with Bank Lyon Jewellers was simply exceptional. With my 50th birthday on the horizon and looking for a watch I found the Longines Conquest VHP at a discounted price on their site & as I was buying online I did some research and felt confident in making the purchase. They made contact through whatsapp and asked if I would like them to alter the bracelet and confirming when it would be dispatched. The watch was delivered very well packaged and having mentioned it was for my upcoming birthday they also included a birthday card which is a great touch. The watch is stunning and sized perfectly - Thank you for making the purchase so special!!

Samantha really took the time with me whilst purchasing a new time piece. She really went the extra mile to ensure we explored all possible brands and options so that the watch I purchased was perfect. Bought my first watch in here
I was a newbie to watches and Aziza really helped me a lot on getting the right watch. The whole experience is superb. I ordered late however the shop was able to deliver the watch to me securely with surprisingly free gifts. Have to say bank Lyons will definitely be my choice when I saved up for my next watch!

Banks Lyon were friendly and gave me good advice when buying my engagement ring
Banks Lyon were great when I went in to look at engagement rings. As a complete novice they really made me feel welcome and gave me some advice which was really helpful.
When I was shopping around I found going into some shops really intimidating, but not in Banks Lyon thanks to Samantha and Tom.
