Took a TAG watch in for a service. Excellent communication and return was a couple of weeks faster than estimated. Nice friendly service.

A great experience at Cambridge Fraser Hart. Went in looking for a watch for my 60th birthday, and was warmly welcomed by professional and friendly staff. A shout out to Ronan, for his friendly professional help and invaluable expertise. I shall be returning next time my watch buying itch needs a scratch. Highly recommend.

We were served by Shirley who is a lovely person . She was very helpful and allowed us to take time to make sure we made the right choice .

The Customer Service I received was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable about what was required. He confirmed how long it would take for the Watch to have the works done. I received a call when the work had been completed. I couldn’t ask for more, great service.

Built up a fantastic relationship with Tom at Fraser Hart. My dad bought my mum a new watch for her 60th birthday. The watch was a new release and only a few had been produced, and of course, Tom pulled it out the bag again managing to get his hands on this superb watch. My 4th purchase from Tom and the team, and I must say - I look forward to coming back already! Thank you.

I was very happy with my experience. A female member of staff was super helpful and very friendly. Sadly I can’t recall her name. She helped me find a perfect pair of earrings. I will definitely be coming back

The staff at Fraser Hart at the Mall ,Cribbs causeway Bristol are very helpful and professional. Heather served me on my last visit. Although they never had the watch i came in for, i was shown alternatives , and i purchased one. Heather was so supportive .

I first visited Frazer Hart about 6 weeks ago to look at some watches for my son, returning last week to purchase the item i was welcomed by andrew who had assisted me on my first visit. Andrew remembered my name and what i was looking tor which i thought was amazing. His attention to detail and knowledge was superb. Overall it was an amazing experience and i will buy again from them when it’s time for a new watch.

Olivia was wonderful. We walked through Argyle Arcade looking for specific things, so really looking. We stopped in many shop windows but Olivia came out and asked if she could help us. Thank you so much Olivia. We didn’t intend buying earrings too, but your service was so good.

We love the Fraser Hart store in the Metro centre Gateshead. We have used this as our jewellery store of choice. From super service on my Engagement ring to surprise wedding gift jewellery. Recently perfect gifts for every occasion from birthdays to my most recent graduation gifts white gold diamond and oval sapphire twist collection ring, earrings and matching necklace . The Jewellery is so special and the welcome from all of the staff is just part of the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you all.

It's always lovely to go into Fraser Hart in Plymouth, staff are excellent always welcoming and very helpful. Especially Susan who I have known for a few years now.

Our experience this week has been awful!
I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife as a birthday gift. Unfortunately she’s wasn’t entirely happy with them, so we decided to take them back (they were in the sealed plastic bag, so that was not an issue).
However when we arrived at the store we were told that we could only do an exchange as it was 18 days since the day of purchase, and their policy was 14 days for a refund.
Obviously disappointed, we asked for a credit note. We were told by the supervisor, Zane that this wasn’t possible, and that we could only do an exchange.
There was nothing in store that we were happy with for the same value, so again asked for a credit note, and we were again told no.
We checked the company’s policy which clearly stated that an exchange or credit note were options after 14 days, but were still told no.
I asked Zane to check in with another store manager as his store manager was on leave. I requested he got back to me (ensuring that I left all of my details) with what they would recommend, seeing as the online T&C’s state a credit note is an option.
He hasn’t had the decency to call back or e-mail me any response.
Therefore I am in the position where I have a pair of expensive earnings that we are unhappy with, and have had no further update.

When I popped into store and wasn’t sure what to purchase as a 65th birthday present, Anne was super helpful and took her time with me to help me pick the perfect gift. Thanks for your help!

I only dropped my Longines chronograph in to Fraser Hart for a service, so they were just sending it off to Longines. Longines then took 11 weeks to do it and when it came back it was gaining 3 minutes a day. That seems unlikely for a 3k watch so it went back for another 6 weeks. It's now back and working correctly. So no brownie points for Longines, but everyone I dealt with at Fraser Hart were lovely.

Friendly welcome and most helpful in assisting us in the choice of a watch.
Anne was a great help as were other members of staff.

Cameron & Shannon, very helpful staff, accommodating my needs, explained the workings of each watch I looked at in depth, phoned me earlier than expected to say my delivery had arrived, went through the registery of my watch, very happy with my purchase from them.

Had a fantastic experience in Fraser Hart in the Argyle Arcade! Big thanks to the girls who helped me pick out a very special watch, especially to Anne! She was very knowledgeable about the ones I had picked and was very attentive. Made it feel very personal and special. And a good bit of banter makes everyone smile. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
