I was in your shop today and had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a watch for my son. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Nicoleta was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and made the whole experience feel special and completely hassle-free.

Hubby bought me a diamond and emerald ring for our emerald anniversary 16 months later I noticed a diamond missing went back to the store in Cardiff they sent my ring away to see if it could be repaired a couple of days later I received a phone call saying that they were going to give me a new ring! I am sooo pleased the store has even posted it back to me so I didn’t have to make a journey back to Cardiff!! Highly recommend this store wouldn’t shop anywhere else 5star!!

This is such a wonderful store. All the staff are such lovely, friendly people. My fiance and I were just passing and decided to pop in for a browse. He found a potential wedding band and the staff were super helpful with measuring and ordering the right size. Long story short, as we don't live local it took several weeks from measuring until we were able to go back to collect the ring (they were happy to ship it out to us, but we liked having a day out and visiting in person). My fiance was in a nasty motorcyle accident just after our first visit and had lost weight- the ring was too big when we went to collect it. The staff were right on to the case and ordered the next size down. Went back a few weeks later- he had lost more weight and the ring was too big yet again. Third time's a charm- we went back and IT WAS STILL TOO BIG! Thankfully they had the right size in stock in store so we finally came home with his wedding ring! We have all had a good giggle over the chaos of the situation. The staff have been beyond supportive and caring and never once made us feel like we were being an inconvenience. Honestly cannot recommend this store enough. We are both very grateful for the staff here for helping us transform a rather stressful situation into a lighthearted experience full of giggles that we won't forget. Thank you! Hannah & Steven

I found my dream watch but had a few questions(ok maybe a lot) about the actual watch and purchase. I reached out to Fraser Hart Concierge and the response was quick and very helpful. I have not shopped at Fraser Hart efore but their selection is pretty impressive as is their sale and offers so do check with them first before going elsehwere.

Reason for such a glowing review!
Apologies to the Live sales chat agent who signed off his name on every email and still had to ask for his name as I didn't realise his name was Fraser too! Not many virtual sales experiences are always positive but Fraser went out of his way! he answered all my questions, sent pictures of the watch not once but twice, he even checked in with me the next day just to advise that there was a watch in stock for me. When I say I went back and forth 10 times I mean it, It was a big spend for me especially as I lived no where near the store so i couldn't try the watch on and make the decision easily. I made a mistake while purchasing...twice! he fixed that too without any annoyance or making me feel like i was wasting his time. Thank you for being patient with me and being so kind!

My husband and I visited the Metrocentre branch of Fraser Hart to buy a necklace extension for our daughter. We both feel like we’re visiting friends when we go in the store as the staff are so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and friendly. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The pricing at Fraser Hart is very reasonable too. The same product at a different jewellers was a third more expensive. We’ve been customers for years now and have gotten to know the staff during this time. Their service is second to none and we would not want to go anywhere else. Such a wonderful group of people who really go out of their way to help. No matter if you are spending a small or a significant amount of money - their dedication and customer service is consistently outstanding. Thank you all for being so fabulous!

Jess was really good, did not try to force me or normally turns me away, she let me get on with what I wanted to look at, gave me options and let me chose at my own pace. She was very flexible as I was buying an engagement ring and didnt want to expose the secrets to my now fiance, letting me pay part cash and part card on my mums bank card 🤣.

Sent a ring away for cleaning, polishing and replating under their diamond promise plan, and have to say the service was excellent. Kept informed every step of the way from the day it was received through to a speedy return to us. Keep up the great work guys.

We met the amazing Deepak. Nothing was to much trouble, We had to order a ring for my partner for our wedding. Every visit we was treated with respect and kindness.
