I brought a Tudor watch in for a service... excellent service and I brought a new one that I fell in love with which they ordered in for me. Fantastic service every time I visit.

My partner and I payed a visit to Fraser Hart Worcester as part of our trip. As a watch enthusiast, I’m always drawn to the window of most jewellers. For me personally, it’s always a treat to peruse the broad range of watches they have to offer at Fraser Hart. I have experienced a few jewellers but Fraser Hart is by far our favourite. It’s not pretentious at all, I would describe it as warm and welcoming. On this occasion I tried on a few watches, which for me was like being a kid in a candy shop. A special thanks to Cameron, who assisted us, and make the experience worth while. I purchased a stunning Omega Speedmaster which I love to bits.

Recently purchased a lovely tennis bracelet that unfortunately lost a stone within the first week of wearing. I was very disappointed but contacted the Concierge Team and they swiftly resolved the situation, collecting the faulty item and replacing it without delay. I couldn't ask for better service and thoroughly recommend Fraser Hart 💚

Just purchased a Certina DS super PH 2000 which I absolutely adore. Right from my initial enquiry on the phone last week I was so impressed with the service from the Bristol Cribbs branch. Megan said she would order one into the branch and let me know when it arrived. No deposit asked for, unlike at least 2 other jewellers in the Mall. Within a week here I am a proud owner. Brilliant service from start to finish. Bracelet adjusted and fitted in-store by Megan's lookalike, sorry I didn't ask your name but thank you. A very generous discount on request was given with no quibble. Honestly this is all I ever hope for in any shop I go into... great service and reliability. This was 1st purchase from Fraser Hart, my no.1 go to jeweller from now on. Thank you so much. 👍👍

My TAG watch needed a replacement battery and like the service of my watch Fraser Hart are professional but very friendly. So A+ for customer service. Sam was a fantastic host, I visited the store to have my rings sent away for re- coating. He was very polite, chatty and had everything under control. I was pushed for time and he took care of everything for me.

Needing a new battery for my watch was made very welcome in the shop, was offered tea, coffee or water. Left the watch for couple of hours while we shopped then picked up on the way back. Thanks to all the staff for being so nice and helpful.

I went in to purchase a watch. The person who dealt with me was very helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products.
I never felt any pressure to buy, and was made at ease by the person attending to me and the store manager.

This was my second visit to Fraser Hart. On both occasions I received great customer service with a smoky smile. My second purchase was a watch . Everything about how to look after it was explained fully to me. I was also told any issues/ problems to get in touch at any time. Great customer service!

Karen is always so helpful and over the years , I have bought a wide range of jewellery. She is always so very kind and patient with great ideas, as she knows all of the pieces so well.

Today we bought an engagement ring.
Roisin, the sales lady was so welcoming and friendly. She made us both feel so welcome and at ease. Made us a coffee and the best cup of tea!
No pressure selling just calm and lovely.
She showed us all the rings we asked to look at and we made a fantastic choice.

Such a lovely experience! We popped in to look for a necklace for a birthday present in Argyle Arcade store and couldn’t have been happier with the service. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Found the perfect necklace and absolutely love it!
