We had such a lovely experience with Daisy at Fraser Hart Bluewater and really wanted to give her the recognition she deserves!

Daisy helped us choose our wedding rings, and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the jewellery and gave us plenty of advice without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

We were so impressed with her that we also ended up buying my husband-to-be a new watch and a pair of earrings! Her knowledge really stood out — from rings and diamonds to watches, she genuinely seemed to know everything and was able to answer every question we had.

She was also so patient with us while we made our decisions and even offered to have my engagement ring cleaned while we were in the shop, which was such a lovely extra touch.

Fantastic customer service and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Daisy made what was already a special shopping trip even more enjoyable, and I really hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.

I visited Fraser Hart (Cambridge - Grand Arcade) recently which is my first time shopping like this as opposed to buying online for a number of years. I had originally spoken to Jess on the phone who was extremely helpful answering my questions and I decided to drop in to further explore my options. When I arrived I was assisted by Alicia who was a consummate professional yet at the same time made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was smart, attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable. On top of excellent customer service skills she also demonstrated an oft overlooked sales trait - she listened and absorbed Information before guiding me through the process. Finding someone in sales who can talk is easy, finding someone who can listen, empathise and understand is a rare treat. It was a flawless experience and I am grateful for the time taken to look after me and the guidance provided. Without question, it was the best service I have received in any retail outlet. I was able to make my purchase with confidence and shall absolutely returning in the future. All the staff were fantastic and the store was a credit to the company. Thank you!

The service we receive from Fraser Hart at Cribbs Causeway is exceptional. We have bought jewellery and watches over the years and keep going back because the staff are superb. Heather is an absolute delight and we recently had the pleasure of dealing Sam in Heather’s absence and he too was a joy, so helpful. I couldn’t recommend Fraser Hart at Cribbs more highly.
