I like the service and the prices
I like the service and the prices, and the quick shipment time. There must be an easier way to track the art work when there are changes to be made. When there is a change, There were times I felt I was repeating my request for previewing the proofs and making changes and I did not see the latest changes. All in all it did work out.

Totally Awesome for our Church!
As Usual, we love the Banners we bought from you. We have gotten 9 so far I believe, and have more that we Already @ant, and just got our last 4 on Friday. We mount plywood, and put grommets in the banners and screw them to the plywood with fender washers and deck screws.
Perfect Signs! Thank You!

Sizes and textbox
I would have liked bigger options for the tabletop retractable banner and I found it difficult to resize a text box so I left one out. 😕

quality of the banner was great, almost :(
quality of the banner was great! BUT this was a 10 foot by 10 foot banner and it only came with a grommet in each corner. This is unacceptable!!! I ordered a banner earlier in the year and it came with 3 grommets on each side. The two grommets top and bottom cannot withstand the wind. Please dont do this to your customers. This is why i gave only 3 stars.

They're usually pretty good
They're usually pretty good. When they screw up, they refund the money. This time they screwed up BAD and made me look really bad to the client. Instead of fixing it, they dragged their feet and told me customer service could take up to two days. I had to go to FedEx and get it overnighted. Expensive mistake!
