Nice product, exactly what we needed
We had a mishap with a logo (on my end) and they made sure I knew there was an issue. Fixed it and still got it to me within a day of the original timeframe! Would recommend! Thank you!

The quality of my banner was not what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be a solid material and it ended up being a perforated material. Not sure if it'll be good enough for what I need.

Shipping experience is awful.
My banners were fine.
However, I paid for expedited shipping and my order went from UPS to Amazon and finally USPS. My order was supposed to be here Friday, but got here Tuesday at 2:30pm. I WAS SWEATING BULLETS! I am leaving for my event today! At the least, I think I deserve the difference in regular and expedited shipping refunded.

Ever had that sinking feeling that something is wrong just as you click to submit something? Literally, as soon as I clicked to process the order for my banner, I saw it. There was an extra space between two words. While not noticeable in small scale, I knew it would have driven me nuts on the huge banner, so I quickly contacted Support. They just as quickly talked me through sending the corrected file and getting it processed so that the banner could still arrive on the original schedule -- which I needed for an event I'm traveling to on Thursday for the weekend.
Thank you for quickly fixing my gaff and keeping me on schedule!!!!
