Based in the sunny depths of Yorkshire, we are a group of avid cake decorators that have created a range of beautiful themed cake toppers and decorations. We know it can be difficult and time consuming to create a custom cake for a special occasion so our toppers have been designed to make it easy to make something with the wow factor with the minimum of effort. The majority of our toppers are completely edible so you can enjoy them with your cake. With a long shelf life our decorations can be bought well ahead of time so you can plan your cake without the last minute stresses.

Absolutely first class product
Absolutely first class product and service. The Christmas Nativity decoration is beautiful. It arrived in good time and customer service was speedy and efficient when I inadvertently ordered two. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service over the phone and delivery was super quick and ease. I ordered the edible shells for my daughter’s birthday cake and they arrived within a week of ordering them as well as arriving in perfect packaged condition! 😁

Great football pitch topper!
I ordered a football pitch topper for a customer’s cake - it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It was very well packaged to avoid damage (even surviving the postman’s complete disregard for the ‘fragile’ labels placed all over the box)!
The topper looked fab! If I’m asked to make this cake again, I’ll be coming to the Barefoot Baker.

Great for cakes
Product didn’t quite come up to expectations. Looked at lots of cake cases and Chise these as the cases appeared to be pure red inside and out for a poppy craft project, but the inside is not pure red. We will have to use them inside out

I was very happy with the product. My only annoyance was the delivery, I paid extra for next day delivery but DPD messed this up twice and my parcel arrived 2 days after it should have!
