We have been receiving BarkBox for years, and it has truly become something our dogs look forward to every single month! They absolutely love their toys and treats, and the excitement they have when their BarkBox arrives is the sweetest thing. 🐶❤️

Not only are the products wonderful, but their customer service is exceptional. Any issue I’ve ever had has been resolved immediately, and always with such kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a company that consistently provides both great products and such wonderful customer service.

We’ve been very happy with BarkBox over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to spoil their pups! They definitely make our dogs—and their humans—very happy! 🐾💕

The treats and toys are excellent

Bark is amazing, the boxes can be curated to your pup’s needs and favorites. My girl Phoebe is a rough chewer, and each month she gets three brand new toys, always in a fun theme, that she can chew without pieces coming off or her being able to pull it apart, as she can with softer toys. Plus, Bark’s customer service is amazing. I was shocked the first time I time I reached out and I got a response within the same day. Always helpful, always friendly. I recommend Bark Box for the pup you love.

The order came early in the month which is great. I also love how creative this month’s toys were. My huskies immediately started playing with the toys.

Exceptional customer service totally devoted to making sure my dog loves his toys. Which he does! It’s the best money ever spent to see the joy in my pup as he rips open the box.

We love the Bark Box contents! For & Linden really enjoy the super chewer toys & don’t seem to grow bored with any of them. It probably helps that Linden keeps “ losing” them under furniture so the rediscovery is exciting every time.

This company makes sure they're sending the best items for the size, weight and playfulness of the dog. We always get the perfect toys and treats. My dog recognizes the package and knows it's for her. It's perfect every time.

We have been getting BarkBox for our furkids for several years. The Bark team goes above and beyond to make sure our pups get the kind of toys and treats they really like.(and sometimes- they even get extra goodies🤗).

My dogs love everything they have received! It’s been over a year now and they are never disappointed. The prices are fair and the products have all been very high quality. When they see that orange box, they know it’s full of treats and toys for them! Never been disappointed and I have 2 treat crazed, super chewers in my house!

The boxes or rather bags are well received by my furry child. The treats are a huge hit. We have not met one we don’t like. The toys are good and appropriate for my super-chewer.

I have a mountain of toys that thankfully my destructive bully breeds still haven’t ruined. A year of Barkbox, 4 toys a month and I still haven’t ruined every one of them. I’ve spent $18-25 a piece for “indestructible” toys at the pet store only to see them shredded in a day. For $30 a month I get 4 toys (opted for an extra toy instead of treats). They’re built to last. My Corso loves the Ollie the Octopus monthly subscription.

You are always very helpful and if I send a photo of the damage my dogs do to their toys you are are willing to replace it. Quality and customer is AMAZING.

My dog looks forward to her BARK package arriving each month. My dog has a sensitive stomach, but she loves the treats! The toys are amazingly cute - usually any toys I buy have to be thrown away in 5 minutes because she's such an active chewer. These last forever! It's amazing!
