Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Provided a 1 time gift to someone and without ANY authorization and without any approval kept renewing and shopping out the gift.
NEVER have I had such a terrible experience. NEVER order from here. Unauthorized and will NOT refund me. Awful!!

Best customer service!

I ordered last month, the toys weren't as durable as we'd hoped. I contacted Bark Box and spoke to an amazing person named Elgene and their dog Piglet. They are sending me 2 replacement toys and changing our dogs toys to nylon only so hopefully that's can't be destroyed as easily. You can't ask for better customer service than that! If the toys don't work, we will stay with Bark Box for their amazing treats. Bagheera salivates every time he sees the bag.

Bark Box a miss for us three times in a row

I got three months of bark box for my 50 pound goldendoodle. none of the treats interested him, they were just regular treats nothing special. Toys were straight to landfill..my dog was not having any of them!

I started a 6 month prepaid…

I started a 6 month prepaid subscription. My first box was full. A real box. 3 toys and 3 bags of toys. My dog didn't like the treats. But he is picky. 3 toys. He chewed through all 3. He is only 16 lbs! My 2nd box came as a plastic bag with 3 very small toys. A ball, a small rock and a 3" stuffed toy. $33.00! Hardly worth your time and certainly not worth the money.
I'm greatly disappointed. BTW, it was shipped on the 1st of April and delivered on the 16th!!
Unfortunately, I will not be renewing.

Fun stuff!

Good delivery on some very entertaining dog toys and treats. I think it's more entertaining for me than my pups! I've been a BarkBox customer for years!

Unable/unwilling to resolve shipping problems…

I've ordered Bark Dental Chews off and on, and right now I'm in off mode. I repeatedly received my subscription order with several of the chews broken. The company was excellent when it came to being willing to send no charge replacements, but the replacements were received also with several broken chews. The chews are designed to be used with dental paste, but when broken, they become useless for what they are designed to be used for. BarkBox was unable or unwilling to solve this shipping problem.

Great box

He loves the nom stick. It's always a fun surprise to get the package every month. Zeke gets so excited for the toys and treats.

I love Bark Box

I love Bark Box, they work with you, when A treat or toy is not bringing happiness to my dog. they work with you and keep tabs if all is alright with a new toy or treat to replace the other treat or toy that my dog did not like.

We love the opportunity to switch up…

We love the opportunity to switch up what our pup needs or wants depending on the toys she is more focused on! Thank you for providing toys she loves. When we get the new Bark Box and set it on the counter she stares at it and whines until we put it on the floor for her to start opening!!!

Lucy's favorite toys!

My dog absolutely loves getting new toys every month! She is so excited that she will go back and forth squeaking each one. Then she stops and will sit there whining at them for awhile, then back to squeaking them again.

My dog always loves the toys, and (most of the time) loves the treats.. if there's ever a problem, BarkBox is quick to respond and fix. It's great to know that if there were a problem, they want to fix it and make it right..
