I have ordered from Barkbox for years - they are amazing! My dogs look forward to the deliveries and if we ever have an issue they address it right away! They are kind and love dogs!

Love Barkbox!
Been getting Barkboxes for years. The toys are fun and colorful and based on themes depending on the holiday. The treats are healthy and my dogs love them. Customer service is great and the company is very responsive to customer feedback. I am always treated as a valued customer by this company.

Heavy chewer (but only weighs 35 lbs.)
My heavy chewer really loves the recent toys. Best part for me is she hasn't destroyed any yet and she certainly is having a great time playing with them.
she really likes (and is challenged) by the toys that are covered in fabric but designed to have another toy inside once she does destroy the fabric. Thank you!

Great toy quality!
The toys this month were a pumpkin and a roll of toilet paper. My dog is absolutely obsessed with the toilet paper toy!

Real people answering real questions. AI for them stands for Amazing Individuals!!!

It is fun and the pups look forward to the packages. Yes, they actually recognize the packaging and know that it is theirs! Can’t wait for this years advent calendar! I will need to get 2 this year due to the addition of Dobbie to the family. Yes we bought our Frenchmen Ethan a Frenchie! We all love Bark! It brightens our day when we get an email and a delivery!

Our Pepper Loves her Bark bags!
Our girl Pepper actually gets excited when her Bark bag shows up! She loves the toys, and we love the themes. For the most part she loves the treats! Not so much the pumpkin flavored ones. It is just nice to have a special bag just for her delivered to our door, monthly! We Love your service, Thank you! And Pepper Thanks you too!

Above and beyond customer service
Even though my dog tears up the soft toys and I know that she will, sometimes they will replace them even when I didn't ask them to because I order soft toys even though I know she will destroy them!

Treats were meaty like my dogs like them. Do these toys come in any other shapes? I think my dogs are bored with circular toys?
