I received my shampoo and conditioner today. I just used it and it has a nice lather but more so the conditioner also leaves my hair soft . I have been dealing with splitting ends so I’m praying this helps with that too but will report back in 4 weeks

i LOVE this product
i LOVE this product. Batanababe.com I bought the shampoo and conditioner and just used it. My hair is so soft. I have had such a terrible time with other products itching my scalp and all the chemicals but this product the oil, the paste, now the shampoo and conditioner. I am so relieved to have finally found something that helps my hair, not harms it.

Received a rude email for reporting bad product
When I opened my order, it was multicolored with what looked like dry areas with liquid on top. I mixed everything together with my finger and noticed chunks that would not smooth out. I reached out to batana babe to let them know and sent pictures. Received a rude email stating because they are certified authentic that it means its a good product. Its not. My pictures show the texture is all wrong. I sent these pictures to them so they could see it themselves. I cant even use it because it won't incorporate together. Terrible customer service and satisfaction. If they do have a certificate of authenticity, it was paid for.

Tessa,
First and foremost this is a complete lie. Let’s begin where your lies and misconception stem from.
1. Real 100% batana oil is made from extraction. Not a green paste like that made in China. You have seen fake ads and tried to compare our product to the fake garbage seen there. That is not us nor will it ever be
2. You wanted to refund an open product which is against our policy. And started threatening us and blackmailing us with a review. Nope not happening . I stand by my product and my company.
3. I also showed you import records and authenticity certifications - which you now say is bought ? So my company name , business ID and everything on the paper is bought ? Ridiculous
4. We will be filing a claim against you for defamation. I stand by everything we sell and looking at your profile reviews - you have a habit of threatening companies for a refund.

This oil is wonderful
This oil is wonderful. I love the smell and how well it melts so silky in my hands.
I put it in hair and it changed the texture to a smoother, silkier and straighter hair.
I could not keep my hands out of my own hair. My hair has never been this nice and beautiful of other products I used. I just used it so I can not give growth results yet but when I see any results I will give another report.
This product is so good I am expecting the best result.

Thank you so much for sharing this Toyzette—your experience truly means everything to us. We love hearing how much you’re enjoying the scent and that silky, melt-in-your-hands texture. That smooth application is exactly what we aim for, and it’s amazing to hear how instantly it elevated your hair’s feel.
Noticing smoother, silkier, more manageable hair after just one use is such a great sign. That “can’t stop touching your hair” feeling is real, and we’re thrilled our oil gave you that kind of confidence and joy compared to other products you’ve tried.
We’re just as excited as you are about what’s to come with continued use. Thank you for trusting us and for planning to share your growth results down the line—we’ll be looking forward to your next update and cheering you on every step of the way ✨

Wow—fourth time back means everything to us. Thank you so much for the continued support and for trusting our batana oil again and again. Knowing that you’ve tried others and still choose ours really says a lot, and we don’t take that lightly.
We belive our batana oil is special, and we’re intentional about sourcing and handling it the right way so you get the real thing every time. From the texture to the richness, our goal has always been to deliver a product that actually performs—not just one that sounds good on a label.
We love hearing that it stands out as the best you’ve found. Results and consistency matter, especially when it comes to hair care, and repeat customers like you tell us we’re doing something right.
Your loyalty also helps us continue supporting ethical sourcing and maintaining quality without cutting corners. Every purchase truly makes a difference behind the scenes.
Thank you again for coming back for a fourth time. We’re so grateful to be part of your hair routine and can’t wait to keep delivering the quality you expect and deserve.

Réponse de Batana Oil - Made in Honduras
Paloma, thank you so much for taking the time to share this—it truly means more than you know. You’re absolutely right that the wait can feel long, and we never take that lightly. The demand has grown because so many people are genuinely seeing results and spreading the word, and while that can slow fulfillment at times, it’s also a reflection of how deeply loved these products are. We appreciate your patience and understanding more than we can properly put into words.
What really stands out in your message is the impact it had on your husband. Hair thinning can be such a sensitive and emotional experience, especially when it feels like shedding is out of your control. Hearing that his hair stopped falling out so much—and that you noticed a real, meaningful difference—is exactly why this work matters. These kinds of stories aren’t just “reviews” to us; they’re reminders of the real people and real lives behind every order.
We also love that you highlighted the idea of it being “worth it.” In a world where everything is expected to be instant, choosing quality, authenticity, and care over speed isn’t always easy. But results that come from consistency and real ingredients tend to be the ones that last. Your honesty helps set the right expectations for others who may be on the fence and wondering whether patience will pay off.
Your support helps more than just the brand—it helps other people feel hopeful. Someone reading your words who’s dealing with thinning hair or excessive shedding may finally feel encouraged to try something new, or to stick with a routine long enough to see change. That ripple effect is powerful, and it starts with people like you being willing to speak up and share your experience.
Thank you again, Paloma, for your trust, your patience, and your kindness. We’re so grateful you and your husband are part of this community, and stories like yours are what push us to keep improving, keep growing, and keep delivering products that truly make a difference.
Delay in receiving products
I placed order dec 28 I received an email on 12/30 stating they were just seeing my email apologizing for the delay . The next email i received they are waiting for batch to arrive from Honduras. It is currently in FDA clearance at Customs. It should be arriving this week ( I am hoping in the next day or two). Once I receive it, I will be packing them ASAP to get them shipped this week. Again , I sincerely apologize for the delay ! Didn't receive products
until January 12. I email customer service 2 times I mention that since I patiently waited for these products longer than I expected, I thought you might have considered offering me a courtesy discount. As of 1/15 I still haven't gotten a reply. Therefore, i will not support this business again!

Hello Debbie,
We are so sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we were at the hands of Honduras FDA Customs and it is unfortunate that you are giving us a review because of the delay from them. Every order of ours goes through customs as we import only from Honduras.

Due to unfortunate situations in my life I have a lot of stress and been seeing a lot of hair loss. I’ve been looking into other ways to grow hair besides taking meds. I heard about batana oil from Dr sebi and I am impressed with the results. I also shared with my family my pictures of hair growth and they were shocked too. I don’t know if it’s all due to the oil but that was the only new thing I tried

George!
You told me abut your hair loss i remember months ag when you were first starting your purchase. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. I am truly sorry to hear about the stress you’ve been under—stress-related hair shedding can be incredibly frustrating and emotionally taxing, and you’re not alone in experiencing that.
I am honored that you chose to try my batana oil as a natural approach and that you’ve seen changes you feel encouraged by. Many people discover batana oil while looking for alternatives to medications, and it’s meaningful to hear that it became part of your journey.
It’s especially powerful that you were able to document your progress and share it with your family. Seeing visible changes over time can be validating, and we understand why their reaction meant a lot to you.
You’re absolutely right to be thoughtful and honest about the results. Hair growth can be influenced by many factors, including stress levels, scalp health, routines, and time—but we consistently hear from customers that batana oil has been a helpful addition to their regimen.
What matters most to us is transparency and respect for each individual’s experience. We never claim miracles, but we do believe in providing authentic, high-quality batana oil so people can decide for themselves whether it supports their hair goals.
Thank you again for trusting us and for taking the time to share such a personal experience. We’re wishing you continued healing, reduced stress, and ongoing progress on your hair journey.

I tried for weeks to find a company that actually sells real and authentic batana oil and stumbled across batana babe after weeks ofSearching on YouTube. Nandani,
This is Ashley. First and foremost thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review. We truly can’t express how much it means to hear that after weeks of searching, researching, and watching videos, you landed on Batana Babe and felt confident that what you received was real, authentic batana oil. That exact concern—finding the genuine, unrefined product and not an imitation or diluted version—is the reason Batana Babe exists in the first place.
We’re also thrilled to hear that you’re using the full Batana Babe routine—our shampoo, conditioner, batana oil, and hair mask. Each product was formulated to complement the others, supporting scalp health, moisture balance, and hair strength without masking issues or relying on unnecessary fillers. Knowing that they’ve earned a place in your weekly routine is incredibly rewarding for our team.
Regarding the hair mask, thank you for your patience. We completely understand the frustration when a favorite product isn’t available, and we want you to know it’s only unavailable because we refuse to compromise on ingredient quality or sourcing. When it returns, it will be the same formula you trust.
Most of all, thank you for recommending Batana Babe to others. Word-of-mouth from informed, discerning customers like you is everything to a small brand like ours. We’re grateful for your trust, your support, and for being part of the Batana Babe community.
Shipping took over 3 weeks
Shipping took weeks. It was blamed on the tariffs. Once I received the product with no instructions for use I was disappointed. The bottle with the eye dropper contained an oil that about the color of the stars here, except it was a reddish burnt orange. The label was so long that it wrapped on top of verbage that had information concerning usage. The color is closer to red, no amber. The other container had a product that smelled like coffee. It was the color of ground coffee. The product was so hard I had to cut it with a knife. I finally put it in the microwave to get it out. After use, I found it near impossible to wash out of my gray streaks, which are now Garfield the cat orange. Horrible product. I post before during and after on my social media pages. Horrible product coffee product. I received an email that it was shipped Dec 17, 2026. That date was later changed 3 times. They later said they were out of product because of tariffs…… The shipping date changed 3 times. When finally shipped, I received an email stating it was delivered to a neighbor per my instructions. I never gave those instructions. I am retired and home all day. Such a bad experience. ....I replied to the emails you sent after this review. So, you do have me on file.
