Keith my fitter I would give 10 stars no problem was to large overcame them with a smile and my new wetroom looks great thks to bathing solutions for giving it to me.

The fitter Kevin is an hardworking and friendly guy always willing to explain every aspect of the work and to show how best to use the new fittings

I was very pleased with Bathing Solutions when they installed a walk in bath at my mum’s house. Amy was very helpful during the week of installation. The fitter Paul Roberts and his team were punctual, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They left the house in a good condition at the end of each day. I would recommend Bathing Solutions based on our experience.

Mobility plus are efficient, very professional installation is superb. From pricing the job meeting the project manager, plumbers M&J (Martin and John) the job has been done to a very high standard, not forgetting Dawn's daily check ups. Thank you all.

We are delighted with our new shower.It has all the safety features we needed but is also very smart.From start to finish everyone concerned in this venture were very helpful & efficient. The fitters, who were very skillful, did a great job of clearing up afterwards.

Tim, the salesman, was very helpful with suggestions he felt we needed. The "boys", Ken and Russell, experienced men, who did the work were polite, helpful, and friendly who knew what they were doing. They were in my house for a week, and we've only got one w.c. They were very respectful when we had to use it. Clearing their tools so we would not trip over them. When they left for the day, they left the bathroom so clean and tidy. On the day they finished, Russell was on his hands and knees brushing the debris on the carpet with his small dustpan and brush. It was not an easy job, and they were working in a
confined space, but they were really pleasant to have around and did a lovely job. One night just after they left, we had an emergency with the cistern. I rang they company and Amy rang Ken who turned around half way home and sorted it out. Above and beyond. Amy rang every day to see how things were, so any issues could be sorted out there and then. The surveyor, Craig, was also on hand. Overall, I was pleased with the attention and consideration of this company.

We had a new bathroom fitted using Mobility Bathing. Our experience throughout was excellent from initial phone call, sales visit, surveyor through to fitting. Special mention though should go to Peter who fitted our bathroom. It took 4 days and he kept us informed throughout. He was polite, punctual and very professional and the standard of the work was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was prepared to answer all our silly (and not so silly) questions. Thank you so much for all your hard-work. It was very much appreciated and we love our new bathroom.

Easy and friendly to deal with. Fitter, Derek, was careful and considerate and worked hard at the job with no distractions. He did not stop for anything and completed the job without any breaks at all. He also explained everything and how it works. Job was completed quickly and left tidy. Amy in the office was always very friendly and helpful and kept track of how the work was progressing each day and that it was to our satisfaction.

Very good service , all items arrived on time ( within a few days ) and job was finished in three days by a professional and capable tradesman. Very pleased with the outcome.

The installer Nick was so nice nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept you informed of what was going to be done day by day. The company was in touch every day always asking if everything was okay. Nick was so good if I could give him 10 stars that would not be enough. Absolutely fantastic well done bathing solutions and especially well done Nick.

The work carried out on the whole was very good although there was an issue with the showers installation which needed extra work
