bath taken out lovely shower put in SAM the fitter did a great job my wife and myself had great showers in just three days thanks MOBILITY PLUS.

We had Bathing Solutions fit a walk in shower in our bathroom and the fitter, Brian Ferguson, was excellent. He took care to do a good job, he kept the place clean and tidy and left us with a good looking shower. Thank you.

Great customer service from Dawn at Head Office who called daily to check on progress. Karol/Karl the fitter was excellent and did a great job and Claire the project manager. We did have a slight issue which was quickly and efficiently sorted by Claire but even with this an amazing job and still worth 5 stars

They were very polite and excellent work and cleaned up after they were finished

Wayne’s workmanship was excellent and he didn’t cut corners. He was respectful and understanding of our needs and answered any questions we had.

One observation, not a complaint, is that he did tend to under estimate how long the jobs were going to take however this may have been due to unforeseen issues along the way.

Our whole experience with Bathing Solutions has been excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff from designer, through Claire our surveyor, back office staff and our fitter James (210776).

James was always punctual, polite and worked quickly and accurately. He regularly liaised with us to ensure we were happy with the installation. James did an excellent professional job and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

We would definitely recommend Bathing Solutions to others, wanting a modern, high quality and accessible bathroom.

All the people we dealt with were very good,however the package that they came up with included things that we didn't need as we already had them (hand bars, seat etc which I reused. and our existing shower is off a better quality, it just needed repositioning.)
I think that if we hadn't ordered these additional items we could probably have saved ourselves I guess about £700 to £800?

However, the new walk in shower is excellent We are absolutely delighted with it.

They managed the process from start to finish with contact on a daily basis ensuring that I was satisfied with progress and quality of work. I was impressed with the workmanship by the contractors Paul and Adam and with Dawn Bathing Solutions point of contact. I would definitely recommend Bathing Solutions to anyone seeking to have a bathing solution installed.

We had our bath removed and a walk in shower put in.The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. The electrician Dan Scadden, was a joy to have in the house and was very professional. Our fitter Craig had his colleague Ross were exceptional, we were informed every step of the way.They kept everything clean and tidy and were always polite. We had a customer service agent Matt ,who rang every day to check every was going well.We have no problem giving the company a 5* review.

Steve who fitted the new bathroom was excellent. I would think twice if I had to review the planner or the guy who came out to say when it could be fitted, as both were very poor with communication.

Bathroom looks amazing can’t be anymore pleased with how it looks the fitter was great communication was daily and I would highly recommend.

The experience was ABIT patchy at times,until we got the wash basin installed. I have to say Karol was a very good fitter,did a very good job. Eve rang every day and sorted out all the problems. We are now very happy with the new bathroom

James Kennedy recently completely refurbished my entire shower room in my retirement apartment. He did an excellent job throughout. Everything has been fitted carefully and competently, James is a very friendly, skilled and caring fitter. I would thoroughly recommend him and his work.
