Excellent communication and service
Excellent communication and service. They telephoned me to arrange a delivery day that suited me.
I ordered a bath, side bath panel, drain and overflow thingy and taps. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and all very good quality products. The bath is gorgeous and huge inside it but fits a small bathroom as it has narrow rims. I love it. So relaxing I don’t want to get out! Quite expensive but worth every penny.

Haven’t had the radiator installed, yet. But it looks great. The entire on-line purchase was excellent as was delivery/communications.
Only minus was the company couldn’t give me a decent time band to expect the item which was a bit of a pain. But, other than that, a great experience.

Great service, great price, great quality!
We wanted a small compact radiator for our hallway which we had recently decorated. I measured the old one and went online in search of a replacement one but shorter. I found several on the usual ‘well known’ sites but the prices of them was quite high. Then the Bathroom Deal site popped up with the same radiator at a 1/4 of the price!! I thought, there’s going to be something wrong with it but at the price they were selling it at, my husband said, we might as well order it and see what it’s like as it’s cheap enough to bin and then go and buy another.
It arrived within a week, I had a telephone call from a lovely lady to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery and when it arrived we were both pleasantly surprised to see what good quality it is. Hubby got on with fitting it, and ‘it does what it said on the pack”! Great! Good service, cheap prices and good quality! What more can you ask for!
