Really good customer service

Sales process was seamless and calling to discuss an item was great. However after ordering had to chase 5 times to find out a delivery date. When I eventually got a date, didn't turn up and had to chase again to find out why as they didn't let me know they had delayed the delivery... then came the next day. I would use them again but not for a time sensitive project with trades pre booked in.

Delivered on time, communication good. Only issue was emails being saved in junk mail

I ordered a radiator for our small utility room from these and I can say that they were a great company throughout the transaction.
They kept me updated about my order and the delivery and the whole process was quick and smooth. Thank You

End panel for £78 was overpriced and was damaged on one corner because it had been dropped on a hard surface before it was delivered.
Although a replacement was offered there was no time with plumber booked to fit bath before Christmas so after some negotiation advice on type of glue suitable for repair was given and a price reduction of £10 paid.Well, that might cover my purchase of the glue, driving to the shop etc but I think the cost of the panel should also have been taken into consideration. My plumber thought a further 25%.
One design consideration is the projecting 10mm corner beyond the corner of the curved bath corner. Perhaps a rounded corner post design for the right angle formed by the bath side and end panels would look better.

Best price I could find online, the company contacted me promptly to arrange delivery. They advised it was a 4 day delivery period they would give, said to phone on the Monday to find out what day it would come but was there before I got the chance to! Good quality radiator, fitted no bother and gives off good heat. Will definitely purchase more as needed

Where do you ever start with these reviews? First of all, be aware, this company doesn’t appear to be what it portrays to be. It appears to be “just another drop shipping business”. I bought a radiator from their other “none existent” company Radiator Deal. They imply they sell the products and charge you for delivery, stating you will be called from the delivery company and can choose a specified delivery day. Great you may think, unfortunately not. I bought the item, then got a call from Eastbrook (I’ll be leaving those a review also), the “delivery company”, asking me to choose a delivery day, I chose Thursday and was told it would be an all day call between 7.30am to 5.30pm. On the Thursday around 11am I emailed “Radiator Deal” asking if they could give me some idea of an ETA, unfortunately some girl by the name of Charmaine picked up the email and WOW, how is this person allowed to speak to their customers? Right from the start she was rude and unhelpful. She quite literally didn’t want to help, no customer service skills, communicates at a primary school level, was completely obnoxious. At the end she was writing like these silly little uneducated girls you see on Facebook, using “your” instead of the correct spelling you’re. Being almost aggressive. I did finally get her to find out what’s happening with the delivery, only to be told, even though they promise a specified delivery day, my delivery is on a 2 day run, number 17 out of 30, so will be delivered right at the end of Thursday or Friday morning. Charmaine couldn’t understand why that’s unacceptable, especially when I’ve lost a days pay to stay at home for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered on that day, now it looks likely to arrive the following day. Bear in mind this information wasn’t passed on to me, it only came to light AFTER I contacted them. The driver doesn’t call to give an ETA, the delivery company don’t update you on this and Bathroom Deal/Radiator Deal literally don’t care because, let’s just say, once they have your money, you’re no longer their customer. Charmaine for sure doesn’t understand the concept of distant selling, that they are actually responsible for the goods until the customer receives it. When the item actually arrived, it became crystal clear at this point, the product is both sold and shipped by the delivery company Eastbrook, NOT Radiator Deal.if you want anymore proof, just search Eastbrook/Eastbrook Trade on here, I think you’ll start to understand. Bathroom Deal/Radiator Deal is just an extension of company and offer the same standard of service. My advice, save yourself the aggro and stress and avoid using any of these businesses.

Fast delivery and good communication

Found just what we were looking for, late Saturday evening. Got a phone call first thing Monday morning with a delivery date, told to call the following day for a time slot, arrived as discussed. Great customer service, and highly recommend.

Haven’t received my order... awaiting a response on a delivery date.

Good price, charming customer service staff and accurate delivery at agreed time.

The quality of the products were fantastic although for one of the product delivered was of inferior quality to the one ordered. Customer service was very responsive and delivery was quick to meet installation schedule.

Slick ordering process with deliveries promptly made,returns are even easier with reorders delivers at same time usually next day.
