Ordered our entire bathroom from here and so impressed with the customer service! Our builder has been incredibly complimentary on the quality of the items as well. Very happy and would definitely use again.

I made an error in my order but Jake was very attentive and sorted it all out for me. Unexpectedly good personal service for an internet based store.

This company is par excellence, I ordered the wrong size shower. And had builders on site the next day. Jake on the phone was so helpful and understanding. He organised an early morning drop of with the new correct sizes. And moreover reimbursed my outstanding balance straight away site unseen. Old fashioned rare genuine top drawer customer service. From the boys in Wales.

Beautiful quality items, great price and well packaged for delivery. We had a nightmare with the third party courier but Jake at Bathroom Point went above and beyond to make up for this. Great customer service goes a long way, we would order again and recommend to others.

We looked at tons of shower screens and read the reviews and chose the hinged one as it gave us a little extra length.It came very quickly. The instructions were a bit confusing and we had to have the door folding outwards as it hit the shower going inwards.The rubber seals were extremely difficult to get on and very flimsy.Hence we are getting water leaking under the seal and onto the floor.We have to wipe the water off the edge of the bath with a towel each time we use it.Luckily we haven't put the new floor down yet.

I ordered a shower tray and a shower unit online and their were issues with the delivery but the level of service offered went far beyond the expected. Jake worked hard on finding solutions to get the product to me on time and I hope the company sees what an asset they have in him.

Had no idea you only started up in business this year because it was all so smooth and efficient. Here is a company which does more than pay lip service to customer care... you actually DO care about your customers and I felt valued throughout. My two email queries were answered promptly and charmingly; the prices were competitive, delivery was prompt, well packaged and I was kept informed. This is how all on-line shopping should be. It obviously CAN be done! Thanks guys .

Great products for a really fair price, quick delivery with updates

Straight forward transaction, nice item, no hidden fees. I was expecting an email to say there will be an extra delivery charge because I live in a rural area, but they were true to their word.

The plumber mentioned that the item was used because dirty water splashed out of the mixer. I didn't reach out to the company to return it because I would have had to pay more for the plumber to come back on a later day to replace it. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again.
