Sell cheap products for high prices.
The pressure from tap was too low compared to straight from pipe when valve opened. They tried to tell me it was my fault and then stopped replying to me.
Same item was available on website in Poland for third of price.
Avoid this place.

I had ordered black flush plate for…
I had ordered black flush plate for concealed toilet frame and was given lead time of 2-3 weeks. Less than a week later I got it and job was completed much sooner than I had planned.Brilliant service!

First delivery I received was damaged
First delivery I received was damaged, second delivery I received was the wrong colour. No instructions in the box on how to install the sink, staff never got back to me with instructions on how to install. Nightmare trying to get someone to answer the phone. Company didn't help and offer any solution for me so had to keep the wrong item I received as my kitchen sink was broke and Christmas was 3 days away.

Really happy with service & products received. I had been advice that there would be a wait for product which is understandable in the present climate. My advise would be if there are products you are interested in, check availability in advance of requiring them to avoid disappointment.

Avoid at all costs
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a professional bathroom fitter come and measure my bathroom- I was then advised to purchase a 900m quad shower door. Then when they tried to install it today, it didn't fit. I called you to see what we could do about it and the outcome was nothing. So I am now €300 out of pocket. I also have to get the bathroom fitters to come out again to fit a new door (which I will not be buying from you), which will cost me another €100. I'm appalled at the service. I will be doing everything in my power to get my money back from you and ensure everyone I know avoids your business. Covid and Christmas and a business like yourselves are messing with your customers......Avoid at all costs!
