Before placing my order I rang Bathshack Customer Services to check if they delivered to the Isle of Man and was told yes. Order was placed on the 7th April I received no communication to say my order had been shipped. After weeks of phone calls to various other Customer Service Employees who never got back to me to let me know what was happening with shipping of my goods. Eventually I was told that I would have to pay an extra £210 ! for shipping/delivery of my items on top of the £50 delivery I had already paid , it is extortionate having to pay another delivery on top of the £50 already paid, so £260 in total delivery to which may I add was more than what my items cost. Perhaps this should be made clear on your website regarding IOM shipping/delivery costs. Was unfortunate that I had to ask for a refund of approx £230 for the items I had ordered due to the silly costs of shipping. So thank you Ewan for helping me resolve the situation straight away and solving the shipping problem and dealing with my refund. Why other colleagues couldn’t have solved this weeks ago I’ll never know and it would have saved me a fortune in phone calls, perhaps they should be informed about the IOM shipping. Ewan was very helpful and contacted me asap. It was a shame regarding the delivery problem otherwise Bathshack’s website has about everything you want for a bathroom and at great prices, I recommend that perhaps you look into sorting out delivering goods to the IOM as we are limited on the IOM for choice and I’m sure you would get a lot more orders from the island that’s if you look into a cheaper way of shipping your good's. Lastly would like to mention Ewan again who was very helpful and understanding.

I bought the wrong product by mistake and they agreed to return my money wihout any problem. I had the option of dropping it to the local showrrom which was handier than putting in the post.

We ordered a wall hung toilet & frame, unfortunately we had a small part missing from the flushing panel. We contacted Bathshack to inform them of the missing part and a guy called Ian dealt with the minor issue very professionally and agreed to send a complete new flushing panel out via express delivery.
We were every pleases with the products we purchased and the after care service we received. 5*

Customer service was very helpful and friendly. They helped me find to try find tiles that were right for me, and got my order sent to dispatch as soon as it was completed!

Delivered a different item to what I ordered. No confirmation email or invoice received so no contact details provided, making it a nuisance to return this incorrect item.

The items were beautiful and even though we had an issue with one of the items the service was excellent and a replacements was sent out with ease so there wasn’t much we had to do on our end. Delivery drive was kind and very respectful.

James was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. He worked through planning the bathroom from start to finish, also giving ideas so everything runs smoothly.

Gemma that works in the Coleraine shop was great to deal with. She must have priced half the shop for us before we decided on our final order. Didnt feel rushed during our time there and she is great at responding via phone and email. Few we delivery hicups which Gemma helped sort immediatly. Very happy overall, great selection in shop also.
