Bath shack were very helpful in helping me source a specific small corner bath I had been looking for and needed to be able to refurbish my bathroom.
Great communication both over the phone and email.
They followed up and came back to me the same day.
James Feely was especially helpful and courteous.
The bath is now installed and I am very happy with the quality of it.

Michael McKenna (manager)and Ian (customer services) acted immediately when I had an issue with a product purchased at the beginning of the year. Communication was excellent, the product has been replaced with an updated version and as a goodwill gesture we met in the middle to cover a difference in cost as I wanted to change the colour of the unit. This experience, I feel, has went over and above for the customer.

⚠️ Very disappointing experience — think carefully before buying from this company.
I purchased a wall-hung toilet from Bath Shark on 2 July, and unfortunately the flush valve has not been working properly. Sometimes the water refills the system after flushing, and other times it simply doesn’t, leaving the toilet unusable.
I have contacted Bath Shark several times to try to resolve the problem. I even asked them to send me a replacement flush valve, but they refused. They then asked me to provide my plumber’s details, which I did as requested. Since then, they have not got back to me or provided any solution.
I have given them several opportunities to resolve what appears to be a straightforward faulty-part issue, but I have been left chasing them with no resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before purchasing from Bath Shark. A product can have problems, but what matters is how a company deals with them afterwards — and in my experience, the customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I regret purchasing this toilet and would not buy from this company again.

Really happy with the service from Ewan. I had an issue with my electric mirror a few months after purchasing it, and after getting in touch, they were very helpful and arranged a replacement without any hassle.
The communication was great and the issue was sorted quickly. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.
