Frustration to Elation

While l was very frustrated with the delays & feeling that it was becoming a pass the buck exercise, l have to say that Sarah in customer service was brilliant, she was very supportive and understanding, top draw. I was delighted that we finally found what the problem was & l have Sarah to thank for that.

Had a problem with a shower head and Sarah was quick and efficient had it delivered by DPD 3 days later fantastic service

Sarah was fantastic was able to support me getting an exchange on my shower head and got my other returned plus credit to the store which I was able to order my wall unit all the products have been fantastic so far! Love my bathrooms

I recently placed an order with Bathshack for a shower bath, toilet, etc. As part of the bath package I ordered a front bath panel. I returned it unopened not realizing it was in 2 parts! I contacted customer services and spoke to Sarah. She clarified that the panel was indeed in 2 parts. She arranged for delivery of the panel. Sarah was very helpful and assured me that the panel would be delivered promptly. Which it was, thus not holding up the project. Great job.

I ordered over €1000 worth of sanitary ware , realised when I measured up it wasnt suitable . I was panicked i would be stuck with the gear . Got through to jack on customer he was very helpful and offered other solutions and options . I ended up deciding to get a full refund for now and he put this through immediately. Usually online purchase mistakes are a big hassle , but not with bathshack .

Chris O'Neill was a great help from buying in the showroom to arranging and rearranging the delivery date a number of times due to our house renovations being delayed. Also great after sales support from Sarah when we had an issue with one of the mirrors which was resolved with her help. Overall delighted with dealing with your company, with very competitive pricing firstly and great pre and after sales service. Have recommended to many others since buying from Bath shack for the first time.

Very reasonable prices,short delivery time, very helpful and knowledgeable staff overall a great experience we will definitely buy again.

We were one tile short on work we were doing , however the tile line was discontinued!

Despite DPD delivery service messing up, Ewan stepped up to rectify the problem with the damaged items and sorted it out straight away.
DPD also took longer than the expected 2-3 working days to have the package with us, after which we were disappointed to open it and find out that the tiles we orders were all damaged - split in the middle, every single one.
On contacting Bath Shack this was immediately rectified with a replacement order sent out. Thank you

Got there in the dublin showroom at 5 o clock.it closes at 530.salesman was with another customer which is fair.but I told him I was there to buy!!!he left me there while he chit chat and small talk about holidays , haircuts days off. Literally small talked with the customer for 20 minutes while I was left standing there.very annoying being left there.make your sale or give out the information and move onto the next customer when it's late in the day.very poor
Update, your alright bathshack, I got my stuff elsewhere....either tell customers that there's no time to accommodate them so they can leave and come back but dont leave them standing there and say nothong

Purchased a geberit toilet 8 months ago the toilet seat hinge broke, spoke with Jack on customer services who contacted the manufacturer. They agreed to replace the toilet seat. Excellent customer device, would defiantly order from all them again

I delt with Adam several times throughout my ordering from bathshack, phonecalls and emails and found him so lovely and beyond helpful - he made my experience so much easier and nothing was a problem that I asked him ever! Always very professional and can't explain how helpful, I am so grateful
