Shower Screen
Very happy with my purchase but it came 2 days early and my neighbor had to take it because I didn't know it was coming got no phone call to make sure I was home to receive it. Disappointed with that.

Rang on Monday after waiting 5 working days for shipment status to update. I was told on Monday, UPS will collect it on Tuesday, delivered Wednesday. Not delivered till Friday.

It is our policy to use the couriers overnight service as standard, which is normally very reliable. Regrettably, this was not the case with your order. It would be a ZERO Star rating, but unfortunately that isn't available.
2 weeks since ordering items that were supposed to be 'in stock, but still nothing has arrived.
Lots of pathetic excuses, in very poor communications.
Never use them again.
Have cost me loads in delays.

The colour of the tap was nothing like…
The colour of the tap was nothing like the colour of the tap in the picture. I was happy to wait a 9 days for it but for it then to be nothing like the picture was extremely annoying, I had to send it back and cover the delivery charge.

Excellent product provided with exceptional service! I've got granite kitchen sink in the online store with delivery. I was advised by sales rep that this is last one available and they prefer to use their own courier rather than UPS because they wanted to make sure the product is not damaged on the way - this took few days longer to arrange, but I appreciated the offer - I'd rather wait longer and receive intact product! The quality of the sink even better than expected - I get a lot of compliments how it looks in our new kitchen. Thank you Bathroom Store Ireland! Will be looking to purchase other product from your Store in the nearest future.
