Poor/ non existent customer service & wrong information
Multiple requests to get the accounts team to send a pro forma for payment, then when chasing order, wrong information, promised arrival Friday 18th July, when chased was told actually now Monday 21st but if not complete a partial would be sent. chassed Monday, was told they had arrived and had been signed for (they hadn't) Yet another call, only to to told it my fault as it took us 3 weeks to pay. unbelievable, Last order I will place, plenty of other companies.
